| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui keragaman respon ketahanan 17 genotipe kedelai terhadap penyakit karat daun, 2) mengetahui karakter morfologis tanaman dari 17 genotipe kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Ex-farm Fakultas Pertanian dan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret 2018 sampai Juli 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain split plot dengan rancangan dasar rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan memberikan perlakuan inokulasi P.pachyrhizi dan tanpa inokulasi ke 17 genotipe tanaman kedelai. Variabel yang diamati meliputi intensitas penyakit karat daun menggunakan metode IWGSR dan metode INTSOY, masa inkubasi patogen, kejadian penyakit, tinggi tanaman, periode reproduktif, jumlah buku pada batang utama, jumlah buku total, jumlah cabang, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji, bobot 100 butir, bobot biji per tanaman, dan bobot brangkasan kering total. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) menurut metode IWGSR, terdapat 1 genotipe dengan tipe ketahanan I (Imun) yaitu Slamet; 8 tipe ketahanan R (Resisten) yaitu Dena 2, PB-41, Malika, A303, A403, C9, Indo 253, dan Pias 2; dan 8 tipe ketahanan MR (Moderat Resisten) yaitu PB-42, P71, C2, C15, A209, A234, C4A, dan T55; sedangkan menurut metode INTSOY terdapat 1 genotipe Imun yaitu Slamet; 5 genotipe tahan yaitu Dena 2, Malika, A303, Indo 253, dan Pias 2; 4 genotipe agak tahan yaitu PB-41, P71, A403, dan A234; 3 genotipe agak rentan yaitu C2, A209, dan C9; dan 4 genotipe rentan yaitu PB-42, C15, C4A, dan T55. 2) Penyakit karat tidak berpengaruh terhadap perbedaan karakter morfologis 17 genotipe kedelai. |

Inggris) | The research aimed (1) to determine the difference resistance respons of 17 soybean genotypes against rust disease, (2) to determine the plant morphological character of 17 soybean genotypes. The research was carried out in Experimental farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto from March 2018 until July 2018. The research design used split plot design with completely randomized block design as a basic design. The research was carried out by P. pachyrhizi inoculation treatment and without inoculation. Variables observed were the diseases intensity with IWGSR and INTSOY method, incubation period, disease incidence, plant’s height, days to flowering, node number of stem, total node number, branch number, pod number, seed number per plant, weight of 100 seeds, seed weight per plant, and biomass weight. Result of the research showed that 1) according to the IWGSR method, there is 1 genotype has imunity to rust disease Slamet; 8 genotypes showed resistant levels of soybean rust disease resistance are Dena 2, PB-41, Malika, A303, A403, C9, Indo 253, and Pias 2; and 8 genotypes have moderate resistant levels of soybean rust disease resistance are PB-42, P71, C2, C15, A209, A234, C4A, and T55; according to the INTSOY method, there is 1 genotype has imunity to rust disease that is Slamet; 5 resistant genotypes consist of Dena 2, Malika, A303, Indo 253, and Pias 2; 4 moderate resistant genotypes consist of PB-41, P71, A403, and A234; 3 moderate susceptible genotypes consist of C2, A209, and C9; and 4 susceptible genotypes consist of PB-42, C15, C4A, and T55. 2) Soybean rust disease has no effect on morphological character difference on 17 genotypes. |
