| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to job perfomance at Mts Negeri Model Purwokerto. This study uses primary and secondary data with a population of all teacher Mts Negeri Model Purwokerto. The method used to determine the research sample using the total sampling tecnique. The analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job perfomance. |

Inggris) | PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA MTs NEGERI MODEL PURWOKERTO Aldo Faqih Mahendra Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jendral Soedirman Email aldobareto81@gmail.com Abstract MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto as a government organization under the Ministry of Religion where one side carries out bureaucratic tasks and on the other serves the community, especially student guardians who are required to work professionally, broad-minded, disciplined and have a high commitment to advance the organization. The main problem observed in the field is that teacher characteristics vary, both from the ability, level of education, work period and motivation of each individual who are very different and diverse. After the researchers obtained the data used by teachers in the MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto, there were always guests who were interested in conducting research with the title "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to Teacher Performance in the MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto". Researchers used descriptive quantitative research techniques, using total sampling technique where this method uses the entire population because the population is less than 100. Sources of data are available from primary data and seconday data techniques and data from interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques researchers use multiple regression analysis techniques and use the classical assumptions of normality, heterosekedasticity and multicollinearity. After the researchers conducted a research entitled "The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance in the MTs Negeri Model Purwokerto" it turned out that all of the independent variables had a positive influence all. Based on the results of regression analysis obtained the value of tcount transformational leadership variables on performance (1,739) is greater than the value of t table (1,683). The results of these statistical tests show evidence that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Referring to the results of the regression analysis, it can also be seen that the tcount of the variable job satisfaction on performance (1,942) is greater than the ttable value (1,683). The test results show evidence that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The results of regression analysis can be seen that the value of tcount variable organizational commitment (2,144) is also greater than the value of ttable (1,683). The statistical test results prove that organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. |
