Judul ArtikelAPLIKASI PUPUK N LEPAS LAMBAT YANG DIKELAT BAHAN LOKAL TERHADAP SERAPAN N, N-TERSEDIA TANAH, PERTUMBUHAN, DAN PRODUKSI PADA TANAMAN KAILAN
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lima formula pupuk N-lepas lambat terhadap: (i) produksi dan pertumbuhan tanaman kailan, (ii) serapan N oleh tanaman kailan, dan (iii) N- tersedia tanah Inceptisols sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House (uji terhadap tanaman kailan), sedangkan analisis serapan N dan N tersedia tanah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Februari 2018 sampai Mei 2018). Uji agronomis terhadap kailan menggunakan tanah Inceptisols Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. Perlakuan yang dicoba yaitu 5 formula pupuk N-lepas lambat berbahan lokal urea, biomassa Azolla microphylla, asam humat, montmorillonit, dan gondorukem dengan formula yaitu: (i) F1 (60% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gondorukem, 10% Asam humat), (ii) F2 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla micophylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gondorukem), (iii) F3 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Asam humat), (iv) F4 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Gondorukem, 10% Asam humat), (v) F5 (70% Urea, 20% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite) ditambah satu kontrol dengan pupuk NPK (F0). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat kali ulangan. Azolla microphylla untuk menambah N-total, asam humat dan montmorillonit untuk meningkatkan KTK, sedangkan gondorukem untuk memperkuat butiran pupuk. Variabel yang diamati: (i) pH H2O, pH KCl, dan N-tersedia Inceptisols, (ii) serapan N tanaman kailan, dan (iii) variabel pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kailan. Hasil menunjukkan formula pupuk: (i) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan luas daun, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar tanaman dan bobot segar akar, (ii) tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap serapan N oleh tanaman kailan dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-tersedia Inceptisols; dan (iii) produksi tertinggi yaitu pada formula F1.

Inggris)This research was aimed to know the effect of five formulas nitrogen slow release fertilizer to: (i) the production and growth of kailan’s plant, (ii) kailan’s plant that have best effect on nitrogen absorption, and (iii) the available N-Inceptisols soil before and after treatment. The research was conducted at screen house (test of kailan’s plant), while analysis of crops N absorption and the nitrogen availability of soil was conducted at Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University (February 2018 to Mei 2018). The agronomic test of kalian on Inceptisols Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. The treatment trial was of five nitrogen fertilizer formulas by local ingredients such as urea, biomass Azolla microphylla, humic acid, montmorillonite, and gum rossin with that formula: (i) F1 (60% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gum rosin, 10% Humic acid), (ii) F2 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla micophylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gum rosin) , (iii) F3 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Humic acid), (iv) F4 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Gum rosin, 10% Humic acid), (v) F5 (70% Urea, 20% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite) added single control with NPK fertilizer (F0). The design used is a Completely Randomize Design (CRD), with four replication. Azolla microphylla was used to add N-total, humic acid and montmorillonite have high CEC, and gum rossin to strengthen fertiliizer granules. Observed variables: (i) pH H2O, pH KCl, and N-soil Inceptisols availability, (ii) Nitrogen absorption of kailan, and (iii) variable growth and production of kailan. The result showed that the five fertilitizer formulas: (i) were significantly affected to kailan’s height, number of leaves, and leaf distaces, (ii) were not significantly affected N-plant absorption and Inceptisols N- availability, and (iii) the highest production was achieved by formula I.
