| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyidikan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam proses penegakan hukum, karena bila berdasarkan suatu penyidikan yang baik maka akan menghasilkan suatu surat dakwaan yang tepat, sehingga proses persidangan akan berjalan dengan benar dengan serta menghasilkan putusan yang mampu mendekati kebenaran materiil. Pada kasus tindak pidana penipuan penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil penyidik harus mencari serta menemukan kebenaran tentang apakah benar telah terjadi tindak pidana, siapa yang melakukanya, bagaimana sifat perbuatan itu serta siapa saja yang ikut terlibat dalam perkara itu, Namun dalam melakukan penyidikan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan terhadap penerimaan CPNS (Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil), penyidik Polri menghadapi banyak kendala baik dari teknis maupun non teknis. Tulisan ini memuat tentang bagaimana upaya penyidik polri dalam melakukan penyidikan dalam perkara tindak pidana penipuan penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh penyidik polri dalam melakukan penyidikan kasus penipuan penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti dan menuangkan hasilnya dalam skripsi yang berjudul : PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA PENIPUAN PENERIMAAN CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (Studi Kasus di Kepolisian Resor Banyumas). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penulisan ini adalah yuridis sosiologis, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang memaparkan gambaran keadaan yang terjadi di lappangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini di dapati bahwa pihak penyidik kepolisian Resor Banyumas dalam melakukan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana penipuan penerimaaan calon pegawai negeri sipil tersebut belum berjalan efektif karena adanya kendala baik dari komponen struktural, substansi, maupun kultural. |

Inggris) | Investigation is the most important part of the law enforcement process, because if based on a good investigation it will produce an appropriate indictmen, so that the trial process will run correctly with and produce decisions that are able to approach material truth. In the case of criminal acts of fraud in the recruitment prospective civil servants investigators must find and find out the truth about whether a crime has occurred, who did it, what is the nature of the act and who was involved in the case, but in conducting investigations into the perpetrators of criminal acts of fraud in the recruitment of prospective civil servants, police investigators face many obstacles both from technical and non-technical. This paper contains information about the efforts of police investigators in investigating cases of criminal acts of fraud in the recruitment of prospective civil servants and the obstacles faced by police investigators in conducting investigations into fraud cases of acceptance of prospective civil servants. Based on the description, the writer is interested in researching and give the result in this paper with the title : Investigation of Criminal Fraud Recruitment Candidates for Civil Servants (Case Study in The Police Resort of Banyumas). The research method used in this writing is sociological yurudis, with descriptive research spesifications. This study used secondary data and primary data. Data analysis method used qualitatively is research that describes the circumstances that occur in the field. Based on the results of this study it was found that the police investigators of Banyumas Resort in conducting investigations into fraudulent acts of acceptance of prospective civil servants have not been effective because of constraints both from the structural, substance and cultural components. |
