Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Buavica carica merupakan manisan buah khas kota Wonosobo. Salah satu industri yang memproduksi manisan carica yaitu CV Yuasa Food. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui profil pelanggan manisan buah carica CV Yuasa Food 2) Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan pelanggan terhadap produk manisan buah carica CV Yuasa Food 3) Mengetahui atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan produk manisan buah carica CV Yuasa Food 4) Mengetahui indeks kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk manisan buah carica CV Yuasa Food. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan CV Yuasa Food yang dipilih berdasarkan metode Insidental. Total responden penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Variabel yang diamati meliputi buah carica, sirup carica, kemasan, promosi, dan harga. Data diuji menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan dilanjutkan dengan Cutomer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa atribut-atribut yang perlu dipertahankan yaitu citarasa buah, aroma, tekstur, citarasa sirup, design kemasan primer, kemudahan mengkonsumsi, kemudahan dalam membuka kemasan sekunder, kekuatan kemasan sekunder, kemudahan memperoleh produk, mengikuti pameran dalam negeri, dan mengikuti pameran luar negeri. Sedangkan atribut-atribut yang perlu diperbaiki diantaranya banyaknya sirup, after taste, informasi produk pada kemasan primer, kemudahan dalam membuka kemasan primer, informasi produk pada kemasan sekunder, serta media cetak sebagai media pengiklanan. Indeks kepuasan yang diperoleh sebesar 0.878 yang artinya pelanggan merasa sangat puas.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Buavica carica is candied fruit typical of the town of Wonosobo. Oneo f the industry which produces candied carica i.e. CV Yuasa Food. This research aims to know the customer profile 1) candied fruit carica CV Yuasa Food 2) knowing the degree of satisfaction and customer interests against candied fruit products carica CV Yuasa Food 3) know the attributes that a priority repair products candied fruit carica CV Yuasa Food 4) knowing the customer satisfaction index of candied fruit product against CV carica Yuasa Food. The respondents in this study is the whole CV customers are selected based on Food Yuasa method Incidental. Total respondents research as many as 100 people. The observed variables include fruit, syrup carica carica, packaging, promotion, and price. The data was tested using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and continued with the Cutomer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of calculation show that the attributes that need to be preserved, namely fruit flavor, aroma, texture, flavor syrup, primary packaging design, ease of consuming, ease in opening a secondary packaging, secondary packaging, power the ease of obtaining a product, the following exhibitions in the country, and following the exhibition abroad. While attribute-attributes that need to be improved include the large number of syrup, the after taste, product information on primary packaging, primary packaging in opening convenience, product information on secondary packaging, as well as print media as advertising media. The index gained satisfaction of 0.878 meaning customers feel very satisfied.
