| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, informasi akuntansi dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM pengrajin emas di Kabupaten Banyumas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas yang bergerak di sektor pengrajin emas, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh, sehingga didapat sampel yang berjumlah 34 UMKM pengrajin emas. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan berpengauh terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM pengrajin emas; (2) Informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM pengrajin emas; (3) Kemampuan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja UMKM pengrajin emas di Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, accounting information and managerial abilities on improving the performance of Micro, SMEs in gold craftsmen in Banyumas Regency. The population in this study is UMKM in the Banyumas Regency which is engaged in the gold craftsmen sector, with sampling technique that is saturated sampling, so that a sample of 34 UMKM gold craftsmen is obtained. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the improvement of the performance of MSMEs of gold crafter; (2) Accounting information has an effect on improving the performance of gold crafter SMEs; (3) Managerial ability has an effect on improving the performance of gold Crafter SMEs |
