Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSTRUKSI SUMUR DENGAN KUALITAS MIKROBIOLOGIS PADA AIR SUMUR GALI DI KELURAHAN BERKOH BERKOH PURWOKERTO SELATAN Abstrak Latar belakang : Sumur dianggap mempunyai tingkat perlindungan sanitasi yang baik, bila tidak terdapat kontak langsung antara manusia dengan air dalam sumur. Air yang telah terkontaminasi menjadi tidak layak digunakan dan berakibat buruk bagi kesehatan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konstruksi sumur dengan kualitas mikrobiologis pada air sumur gali di Kelurahan Berkoh Purwokerto Selatan Metode : penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini ada 65 sumur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Intstrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi dan uji laboratorium. Uji analisis menggunakan chi-Square. Hasil : Kualitas mikrobiologis sebagian besar tidak memenuhi syarat (86,2 %), jarak dengan sumber pencemar sebagian besar tidak memenuhi syarat (69,2%), kedalaman dinding sumur sebesar 93,8% telah memenuhi syarat, tinggi bibir sumur mayoritas tidak memenuhi syarat (66,2%), kontrsuksi lantai sumur mayoritas tidak memenuhi syarat (64,6%), SPAL sebesar 86,2% tidak memenuhi syarat. Hubungan kualias mikrobiologis air sumur gali dengan jarak sumber pencemar p-value=0,003, dengan kedalaman dinding sumur p-value=1,000, dengan tinggi bibir sumur p-value=0,253, dengan konstruksi lantai sumur p-value=1,000, dengan SPAL p-value=1,000. Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan antara jarak sumber pencemar dengan kualitas mikrobiologis air sumur gali. Kedalaman dinding sumur, tinggi bibir sumur, konstruski lantai sumur, dan SPAL tidak berhubungan dengan kualitas mikrobiologis pada air sumur di Kelurahan Berkoh Purwokerto Selatan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel perilaku terhadap penggunaan sumur gali. Kata Kunci : Konstruksi sumur gali, Kualitas Mikrobiologis |

Inggris) | Abstract RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CONSTRUCTION OF WELLS WITH MICROBIOLOGICAL QUALITY IN WELL WELL WATER IN KELURAHAN BERKOH PURWOKERTO SELATAN MaimunaKastella, Suratman, Agnes Fitria W. Background : The well is considered to have a good level of sanitation protection, if there is no direct contact between humans and water in the well. Contaminated water becomes unfit for use and is bad for human health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the construction of wells with microbiological quality in the water wells dig in the Village BerkohPurwokerto Selatan. Method : this research is an observational study with cross sectional design. Sample in this research there are 65 wells. Sampling using simple random sampling. The research instruments used are observation sheets and laboratory tests. Test analysis using chi-Square. Results : Microbiological quality is largely unqualified (86.2%), distance to pollutant source is largely unqualified (69.2%), the depth of the well wall of 93.8% has been eligible, the high lip height of the majority is not eligible ( 66.2%), the majority of the floor wells did not meet the requirements (64.6%), SPAL of 86.2% did not meet the requirements. Microbiological quality of well water with p-value of p-value = 0,003, with p-value well wall length = 1,000, with p-value well 0,253, with p-value well construction = 1,000, with SPAL p- value = 1,000. Conclusion : there is a relationship between the distance of pollutant sources and microbiological quality of dug well water. The depth of the well wall, the height of the well lip, the wellbore construski, and SPAL are not related to the microbiological quality of the well water in the village of BerkohPurwokerto Selatan.
