| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN AMBANG DENGAR PADA PEKERJA DI CV. MMS KNALPOT MOBIL PURBALINGGA Danu Tirta Nadi, Nur Ulfah, Siti Harwanti Latar Belakang: Lingkungan kerja yang bising adalah salah satu dampak dari adanya sektor industri. Lingkungan kerja yang bising merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit akibat kerja, yaitu gangguan ambang dengar. Ambang dengar pada pekerja bisa bervariasi dikarenakan ambang dengar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu umur, kebiasaan merokok, intensitas bising dan masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ambang dengar pada pekerja di CV. MMS Knalpot Mobil Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di CV. MMS Knalpot Mobil Purbalingga yang berjumlah 42 pekerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, pengukuran audiometri dan pengukuran kebisingan. Data dianalisis ke dalam univariat, bivariat, multivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Variabel yang berpengaruh adalah masa kerja (0,000) dan intensitas bising (0,000). Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah umur (0,591) dan kebiasaan merokok (0,723). Simpulan: Variabel yang berpengaruh dengan ambang dengar adalah masa kerja dan intensitas bising. Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah umur dan kebiasaan merokok. Saran yang diberikan diantaranya kepada pemilik CV. MMS Knalpot Mobil Purbalingga untuk menyediakan ear muff atau ear plug bagi pekerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract FACTORS AFFECTING WITH THE HEARING BETWEEN WORKERS IN CV. MMS KNALPOT CAR PURBALINGGA Danu Tirta Nadi, Nur Ulfah, Siti Harwanti Background : Noisy working environment is one of the impacts of the industrial sector. Noisy work environment is one of the risk factors that can cause work-related illness, namely the threshold noise. A worker's hearing threshold may vary due to the fact that the threshold is affected by several factors, namely age, smoking habits, noise intensity and length of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that relate to the threshold of workers in the CV. MMS Car Muffler Purbalingga District. Methodology : This research is quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all workers in CV. MMS Purbalingga car exhaust of 42 workers. The number of samples is 42 respondents by using total sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire, audiometric measurement and noise measurement. Data were analyzed into univariate, bivariate, multivariate. Result of research : The influencing variables are the working period (0,000) and the noise intensity (0,000). The variables that had no effect were age (0,591) and smoking habit (0,723). Conclusion : Variables that affect the threshold are the length of work and the intensity of noise. Variables that have no effect are age and smoking habit. Suggestion given among others to the owner of CV. MMS Purbalingga Car Muffler to provide ear muff or ear plug for workers. |
