| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis berkaitan erat dengan terapi pengganti fungsi ginjal yang memberikan permasalahan keuangan dan kualitas hidup bagi pasien dan keluarganya. CMA adalah tipe analisis yang menentukan biaya program terendah dengan asumsi besarnya manfaat yang diperoleh Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cost minimization analysis metode hemodialisis dan peritoneal dialisis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis. Metodologi : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross Sectional menggunakan perhitungan cost minimization analysis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 pasien hemodialisis dan 9 pasien peritoneal dialisis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bagian rekam medik dan keuangan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu univariat, analisis biaya, dan bivariat. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata biaya total pasien hemodialisis sebesar Rp 9.409.417,50/pasien/bulan. Sedangkan rata-rata biaya total pada pasien peritoneal dialisis sebesar Rp 8.767.251,78/pasien/bulan. Biaya peritoneal dialisis menunjukkan adanya penghematan biaya pengobatan sebesar Rp 642.165,72. Pasien peritoneal dialisis dapat menghemat biaya cuci darah 6,82% setiap bulannya. Kesimpulan: Metode terapi pengganti fungsi ginjal dengan peritoneal dialisis lebih cost minimize dibandingkan dengan metode hemodialisis. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Chronic kidney disease is related with the renal replacement therapy that gives financial and quality of life problems to the patients and their family. CMA is the type of analysis which decide the least cost with the assumption of the maximum benefit. This study aimed to analyze the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis cost minimization analysis method on chronic kidney disease. Methods: This study was a quantitative study using cross sectional approach with cost minimization analysis calculation. The population in this study were 58 hemodialysis patients and 9 peritoneal dialysis patients. The source of data was the secondary data which obtained from the medical record and financial division at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The data was analyze by univariat, cost analysis, and bivariat. Results: The results of this study showed that the average cost of hemodialysis patients is Rp 9.409.417,50/patient/month. Whereas the average cost of peritoneal dialysis patients is Rp 8.767.251,78/patient/month. Peritoneal dialysis cost showed a therapy cost savings in the amount of Rp 642.165,72. Peritoneal dialysis patients could save the dialysis cost in the amount of 6,82% per month. Conclusion: The renal replacement therapy with peritoneal dialysis is more cost minimize than hemodialysis.
