| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Menopause merupakan suatu gejala yang ditandai dengan berhentinya siklus menstruasi selama satu tahun. Terdapat 4 stadium yaitu stadium premenopause, stadium perimenopause, stadium menopause dan stadium pascamenopause. Wanita yang memasuki stadium menopause mengalami penurunan fungsi seksual serta perubahan perilaku seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan perilaku seksual per stadium menopause di Posyandu Lansia Among Prakoso Purwokerto Timur. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita usia ≥ 40 tahun di posyandu lansia Among Prakoso Purwokerto Timur, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner baku SAAQ. Data dianalisis dengan Uji Chi Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil Penelitian: Ada perbedaan perilaku seksual per stadium menopause (0,000). Stadium premenopause berkategori aktif sebesar 87,5%, stadium perimenopause sebesar 88,2%, stadium menopause sebesar 34,8%, dan stadium pascamenoause sebesar 14,3%. Kesimpulan: Perbedaan perilaku seksual per stadium dengan perbedaan signifikan terlihat pada stadium menopause. Wanita yang memasuki stadium menopause tetap rutin melakukan aktivitas seksual agar keaktifan tetap terjaga dengan kondisi yang ada. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Menopause is a symptom characterized by the cessation of menstrual cycles for a year. There are four stages of menopause namely premenopausal stage, perimenopause stage, menopausal stage and postmenopausal stage. Women who run into menopausal stage has a decrease in sexual function as well as a sense of comfort during sexual intercourse with their partner. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in sexual behavior per menopausal stages in Posyandu Lansia Among Prakoso Purwokerto Timur. Methods: This research was an quantitative analytic using cross sectional approach. The population in this research were women by age ≥ 40 years at posyandu lansia Among Prakoso Purwokerto Timur with amount of sample were 70 respondents by stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were Sexual Activity and Attitudes Questionnaire (SAAQ). The data were analyzed by Chi Square test with significancy 95%. Result: There are differences in sexual behaviour per stage of menopause (0,000). Premenopausal stadium has an active category of 87.5%, perimenopause stage is 88.2%, menopause stage is 34.8%, and postmenopausal stage is 14.3% Conclusion: The differences in sexual behavior per stage with a significant amount seen at the stage of menopause. To women who enter the menopausal stage, they still routinely engage in sexual activity so the activity is maintained with the conditions. |
