Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan leader-member exchange dan organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 125 responden terdiri dari guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Purbalingga teknik sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linear menggunakan SPSS.
Hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: servant leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap OCB, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap leader-member exchange, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, leader-member exchange memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap OCB, organizational commitment memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap OCB.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Organizational Commitment As Mediation.
This research using sample 125 respondent that state teachers at Purbalingga region high school with simple random sampling method. Analyzer used Linear Regression with SPSS program.
From the result of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that: servant leadership has negative effect on OCB, servant leadership has positive and significant effect on LMX, servant leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitmen, leader-member exchange has positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on OCB, leader-member exchange is a mediation variable at affecting of servant leadership to OCB, organizational commitment is a mediation variable at affecting of servant leadership to OCB.
