| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Beberapa indikator kinerja Puskesmas Sampang yang belum memenuhi target seperti penemuan dan tatalaksana kasus HIV/AIDS, cakupan pelayanan kesehatan rujukan kepada penduduk miskin, cakupan pelayanan kesehatan dasar kepada penduduk miskin. Kenyataan ini berkaitan erat dengan disiplin kerja dan motivasi aparaturnya. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah aparatur Puskesmas Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap yang berjumlah 67 orang dan keseluruhannya dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dengan teknik analisis data tabulasi silang, korelasi kendall, konkordansi kendall W dan regresi ordinal. Hasil analisis diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap. Hasil lainnya ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap. Untuk uji secara bersama-sama diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sampang, Kabupaten Cilacap. Dengan demikian keseluruhan hipotesis diterima. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT The some performance indicators of Sampang Health Center Care that have not met targets such as the discovery and management of HIV/AIDS cases, coverage of referral health services to the poor, coverage of basic health services to the poor. This fact is closely related to work discipline and the motivation of its apparatus. The target of this study was the employee at Sampang District Health Center, Cilacap District which amounted to 67 people and all of them were used as research samples. The research method used is survey method, with data analysis techniques are cross tabulation, kendall correlation, kendall concordance W and ordinal regression. The results of the analysis revealed that there was a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Sampang District District Health Center, Cilacap Regency. Other results have a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Sampang District Health Center Care, Cilacap Regency. To test together it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Sampang District Health Center Care, Cilacap Regency. Thus the whole hypothesis is accepted. |
