| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN POLA KONSUMSI ZAT BESI HEME, NON HEME, VITAMIN C DAN TANIN DENGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN REMAJA PUTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kadar hemoglobin yang rendah mengindikasikan terjadinya anemia. Penentuan diet yang tepat untuk mengatasi anemia adalah dengan kombinasi diet zat besi heme, non heme, vitamin C dan tanin. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pola konsumsi zat besi heme, non heme, vitamin C dan tanin dengan kadar hemoglobin remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhsan Kedungbanteng dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel remaja putri yang dipilih 40 orang dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Kadar hemoglobin diukur menggunakan metode cyantmethemoglobin. Data pola konsumsi diperoleh dengan metode Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dan Fisher's Exact. Hasil Penelitian: Sebesar 27,5% responden mengalami anemia dimana zat besi heme yang biasa dikonsumsi 1-3x/minggu adalah daging ayam (42,5%). Zat besi non heme yang biasa dikonsumsi 1x/hari adalah tempe (60%, vitamin C yang dikonsumsi selama 1x hari adalah pisang (15%), tanin yang sering dikonsumsi adalah teh >1x/hari (25%). Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan hubungan pola konsumsi zat besi heme (p=0,723), zat besi non heme (p=0,479), vitamin C (p=1,000) dan tanin (p=0,498). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara pola konsumsi zat besi heme, non heme, vitamin C, dan tanin dengan kadar hemogloblin remaja putri di pondok pesantren Kata kunci: Kadar Hemoglobin, Pondok Pesantren, Heme, Non heme. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Low hemoglobin level indicates anemia. The precise determination of diet to overcome anemia is a combination of heme iron, non-heme, vitamin C and tannin. The aim of this study is to know the correlation between heme, non heme, vitamin C and tannin pattern with hemoglobin level of adolescent girls. Methods: The study was conducted in boarding school Al Ikhsan Kedungbanteng with cross-sectional research design. The sample of adolescent girls selected 40 people using simple random sampling. Hemoglobin levels were measured using the cyantmethemoglobin method. The data of consumption pattern obtained by Food Frequency Questionnaire method (FFQ). Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test and Fisher's Exact. Results: 27,5% respondents had anemia which the heme iron commonly consumed 1-3x/week was chicken (42,5%). Non heme iron commonly consumed 1x/day was tempe (60%), vitamin C which was most commonly consumed for 1x day was banana (15%), tannin which was commonly was tea >1x/day (25%). The result of bivariate analysis showed the correlation between heme iron consumption pattern (p=0,723), non heme iron (p=0,479), vitamin C (p=1,000) dan tannin (p=0,498). Conclusion: There is no correlation between consumption pattern of heme iron, non heme, vitamin C, and tannin with hemogloblin level of adolescent girl in boarding school.
