| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan merupakan sekolah dasar pertama yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas untuk melaksanakan program pendidikan inklusi. Implementasi program pendidikan inklusi di SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan yang akan dikaji dilihat dari empat indikator yaitu komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Penelitian Implementasi Program Pendidikan Inklusi di SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi program pendidikan inklusi yang dilaksanakan oleh SD negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan. Teknik pengambilan informan dilakukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan Snowball Sampling dengan empat aspek pengukuran yaitu komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Program Pendidikan Inklusi di SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan sudah berjalan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek sesuai fokus dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas dan orang tua siswa sudah berjalan baik. Terdapat pembagian tugas yang jelas bagi masing-masing guru agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Hanya saja jumlah Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) yang tidak sebanding dengan Anak berkebutuhan Khusus membuat proses pembelajaran belum maksimal. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan is the first primary school appointed by the Banyumas District government to implement an inclusive aducation program. The implementation of inclusive education programs at SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan which will be studied is seen from four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Research on the Implementation of the Inclusion Education program at SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan Banyumas District uses qualitative research methods. The puspose of this study is to find out the implementation of inclusive education programs implemented by SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan. Informant retrieval techniques were carried out using purposive sampling and snowball smapling techniques with four measurement aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The conclusion from the results of this study Implementation of the Inclusion Education Program at SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Purwokerto Selatan is already good. This can be seen from various aspects according to the focus in this study, including communication conducted by the school with the Banyumas District Education Office and the parents of the students have been going well. There is a clear division of tasks for each teacher so that learning objectives can be achieved so that principals, classroom teachers, special mentoring teachers and parents of students work well in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities. It's just that the number of Special Assistance Teachers who are not comparable with Children with Special Needs makes the learning process not maximized. |
