Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Pengukuran kinerja merupakan hal yang penting karena hasil pengukuran dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah tujuan yang telah ditentukan dapat dicapai atau belum. Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) merupakan salah satu organisasi sektor publik yang memiliki tugas pokok salah satunya yakni kegiatan pelaksanaan pemilihan umum Bupati dan Wakil Bupati. Pelaksanaan pemilihan umum tersebut pasti tidak terlepas dengan adanya kinerja ynag dilakukan oleh Petugas Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih (PPDP) yang menjadi ujung tombak keberhasilan pelaksannan pemilihan umum karena berkaitan langsung dengan penentuan jumlah masyarakat yang telah memenuhi syarat sebagai hak pilih agar mereka sebagai hak pilih dapat terdaftar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja petugas pemutakhiran data pemilih (PPDP) dalam penyusunan daftar pemilih tetap (DPT) dalam pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kabupaten Banjarnegara Tahun 2017 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penghimpunan data dilakukan melalui sensus kepada PPDP di Kecamatan Banjarnegara sebagai lokasi penelitian, dengan responden sejumlah 116 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kinerja Petugas Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih (PPDP) cenderung rendah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kinerja PPDP dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain: komitmen kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh informasi bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari variabel komitmen kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja PPDP (Y). Artinya, untuk meningkatkan kinerja PPDP diperlukan intervensi pada komitmen kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3) PPDP. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Performance measurement is important because the measurement results can be used to find out whether the goals that have been determined can be achieved or not. If the goals that have been determined can already be achieved then it must be endeavored so that conditions that support the achievement of goals are maintained and deficiencies that still arise can be minimized and improved. The Election Commission or KPU is one of the public sector organizations that has a main task, one of which is the election activities of the Bupati. The implementation of the election must not be separated from the performance carried out by the Voter Data Update Officer (PPDP) which is the spearhead of the successful implementation of elections because it is directly related to the determination of the number of people who have fulfilled the right to vote so that they can be registered as voting rights. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of voter data updating officers (PPDP) in the preparation of the final voter list (DPT) in the 2017 Banjarnegara District Head elections and the factors that influenced it. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a census to PPDP in Banjarnegara District as the location of the study, with respondents totaling 116 people. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Voter Data Update Officers (PPDP) tends to be low. The results also show that the low performance of PPDP is influenced by several factors including: work commitment (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3). Based on the results of statistical tests obtained information that there is a significant and positive effect of the variable work commitment (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) on the performance of PPDP (Y). That is, to improve the performance of PPDP, it is necessary to intervene in work commitment (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) PPDP.
