| Judul Artikel | Analisis Komparatif UMKM Gula Kelapa Cetak dan Gula Kelapa Kristal di Desa Rancamaya Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Gula kelapa cetak dan gula kelapa kristal merupakan gula kelapa yang memiliki bahan baku sama yaitu nira kelapa. Hasil survey pendahuluan diperoleh bahwa harga gula kelapa cetak Rp10.000,00/kg dan gula kelapa kristal Rp13.000,00/kg. Namun, perajin gula kelapa lebih banyak mengusahakan gula kelapa cetak. Oleh sebab itu, penulis ingin mengetahui besarnya keuntungan dan efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi gula kelapa cetak dan gula kelapa kristal. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui perbedaan keuntungan pada pengolahan gula kelapa cetak dan gula kelapa kristal, 2) Mengetahui perbedaan efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi pada pengolahan gula kelapa cetak dan gula kelapa kristal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Rancamaya Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas pada tanggal 20 Februari hingga 25 Maret 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Penentuan sampel responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan diperoleh sampel masing-masing sebanyak 55 untuk perajin gula kelapa cetak dan perajin gula kelapa kristal. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji-t beda rata-rata dan efisiensi alokasi harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan keuntungan pada pengolahan gula kelapa cetak sebesar Rp21.828,08 dan gula kelapa kristal sebesar Rp30.976,80, 2) Terdapat perbedaan efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi yaitu nira pada pengolahan gula kelapa cetak sebesar 2,94 dan gula kelapa kristal sebesar 2,71. Nila tersebut lebih dari satu yang menunjukkan belum mencapai efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi. Perajin dalam satu kali proses produksi menghasilkan produk sebanyak 5,75 kg gula kelapa cetak dari 34,18 liter nira dan 5,53 kg gula kelapa kristal dari 32,67 liter nira. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Coconut sugar and crystall coconut sugar had the same raw material namely a sap. The results of the preliminary survey founded that the price of coconut sugar was Rp. 10,000.00 / kg and palm sugar sugar was Rp. 13,000 / kg. However, coconut sugar craftsmen are more likely to produced coconut sugar. Therefore, the author want to find out the benefits of the both products. This study was aims to: 1) Knowed the difference in the both product benefits, 2) Knowed the differences in the efficiency of the use of production factors in the processing of both product. This research was conducted in Rancamaya Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency on February 20 to March 25, 2018. The research method used a survey that used simple random sampling method and obtained samples as much as 55 each for the crafters. The analytical method used the average t-test difference and the efficiency of price allocation. The results showed that: 1) There were differences in the advantages of processing coconut sugar in the amount of Rp.21,828.08 and crystal coconut sugar in the amount of Rp. 94 and crystal coconut sugar was 2.71. That value was more than one which shows that it had not reached the efficiency of the use of production factors. On one time production process craftsmen had production of 5.75 kg coconut sugar from 34.18 liters of sap and 5.53 kg of sap from 32.67 liters of sap. |
