Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Skripsi ini berjudul : “Prosedur dan Kriteria dalam Pelaksanaan Rotasi Jabatan Perangkat Desa di Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji prosedur serta menjelaskan kriteria pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Banyumas dan bagaimana kriteria pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji bagaimana prosedur pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Banyumas serta menjelaskan kriteria dalam pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan perangkat desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari Bahan Hukum Primer, Bahan Hukum Sekunder dan Bahan Hukum Tersier.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, yakni prosedur pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan dimulai dengan kepala desa membentuk panitia khusus, panitia melaksanakan rotasi jabatan, hasil rotasi disampaikan kekepala desa, kemudian kepala desa meminta rekomendasi camat, setelah rekmendasi camat didapat segera dilaksanakan pelantikan. Apabila rekomendasi tidak didapat maka rotasi diulang. Pelaksanaan rotasi jabatan berdasarkan kriteria dengan melakukan penilaiain kinerja. Penilaian tersebut meliputi masa kerja, jenjang pendidikan, prestasi kerja, loyalitas, presentasi di hadapan Panitia Seleksi dan Kepala Desa.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This thesis is entitled: "Procedures and Criteria in the Implementation of Village Device Position Rotation in Banyumas Regency". This research was conducted to find out and review the procedures and explain the criteria for rotating the position of village officials in Banyumas Regency. The problems that will be discussed are how the procedures for rotating the position of village officials in Banyumas Regency and how the criteria for the rotation of village officials in Banyumas Regency are carried out. This research was conducted with the aim to find out and examine how the procedures for rotating the position of village officials in Banyumas Regency and explain the criteria for implementing rotations in the village apparatus in Banyumas Regency. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a legislative approach. The type of data used is secondary data consisting of Primary Legal Materials, Secondary Legal Materials and Tertiary Legal Materials.
The research results obtained, namely the procedure for the implementation of job rotation begins with the village head forming a special committee, the committee carries out job rotation, the results of rotation are delivered to the head of the village, then the village head requests a subdistrict recommendation, after the subdistrict Headquarters is received the appointment is immediately held. If the recommendation is not obtained then the rotation is repeated. Position rotation is based on criteria by assessing performance. These assessments include tenure, education level, work performance, loyalty, presentation before the Selection Committee and Village Heads.
