| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah isolat jamur asal Desa Kebokuro, Lebeng dan Selanegara merupakan jamur entomopatogen, (2) mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji pertumbuhan isolat jamur entomopatogen tersebut, (3) menguji kemampuannya dalam membunuh wereng batang coklat dan (4) mengetahui waktu kematian wereng batang coklat akibat aplikasi jamur entomopatogen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan rumah plastik di Desa Pasir Kidul, Purwokerto Barat pada bulan Oktober 2017 sampai Mei 2018. Penelitian menggunakkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan uji F apabila berbeda nyata dilanjut dengan uji BNT 5 persen untuk variabel pertumbuhan isolat dan DMRT 5 persen untuk variabel mortalitas dan waktu kematian WBC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jamur yang menginfeksi wereng batang coklat asal Desa Kebokuro, Lebeng dan Selanegara adalah jamur entomopatogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jamur tersebut adalah tiga isolat Fusarium spp; dua isolat Aspergillus spp dan satu isolat Nigrospora sp. Rerata diameter koloni tertinggi yaitu isolat A5 (Fusarium sp.) dengan rerata diameter 8,86 cm. Kepadatan spora tertinggi yaitu isolat A2 (Fusarium sp) dengan jumlah 122,47 x 106/ml pada hari ke sembilan. Rerata bobot kering miselium tertinggi yaitu isolat A6 (Nigrospora sp.) dengan rerata 0,95 gram. Mortalitas tertinggi pada perlakuan P9 (isolat Fusarium sp kepadatan spora 107 spora/ml) dan P10 (isolat Aspergillus sp kepadatan spora 107 spora/ml) dengan rerata mortalitas sebesar 66,67 persen. Waktu kematian tercepat pada perlakuan P11 (isolat A5 Fusarium sp kepadatan spora 107 spora/ml) dengan waktu kematian 2,17 hsa. |

Inggris) | This study aims to (1) determine whether fungal isolates from Kebokuro, Lebeng and Selanegara villages are entomopathogenic fungi, (2) identify and study the growth of entomopathogenic fungal isolates, (3) test their ability to kill brown planthopper and (4) find out the time brown planthopper deaths due to application of entomopatogent fungi. The study was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal University of Soedirman and plastic houses in Pasir Kidul Village, West Purwokerto from October 2017 to May 2018. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications. Data were analyzed by F test if it was significantly different followed by 5 percent LSD test for growth variables and 5 percent DMRT for mortality and WBC date of time. The results showed that fungi that infected brown planthopper from Kebokuro, Lebeng and Selanegara villages were entomopathogenic fungi. The results showed that the fungi were three Fusarium spp isolates; two isolates of Aspergillus spp and one isolate Nigrospora sp. The highest mean colony diameter was A5 isolate (Fusarium sp.) With a mean diameter of 8.86 cm. The highest spore density is isolate A2 (Fusarium sp.) with an amount of 122.47 x 106 / ml on the ninth day. The highest mean mycelium dry weight was A6 isolate (Nigrospora sp) with a mean of 0.95 grams. The highest mortality was in P9 treatment (Fusarium sp isolate spore density 107 spora / ml) and P10 (isolate Aspergillus sp spore density 107 spora / ml) with a mortality rate of 66.67 percent. The fastest date of time in P11 treatment (A5 Fusarium sp isolate 107 spore / ml spore density) with a death time of 2.17 hsa. |
