| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Free Republic of Liberland memproklamirkan diri sebagai negara mikro merdeka pada 13 April 2015. Free Republic of Liberland ini didirikan pada sebuah wilayah yang berstatus terra nullius di tepi Barat sungai Danube. Penelitian ini dianalisis berdasarkan Pasal 1 Konvensi Montevideo 1933 dan hak menentukan nasib sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembentukan Negara Free Republic of Liberland apakah memenuhi kriteria sebagai suatu negara menurut hukum Internasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian adalah deskriptif Lokasi Penelitian di Pusat Informasi Ilmiah Fakultas Hukum Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka, metode analisis data adalah Yuridis Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Free Republic of Liberland belum memenuhi unsur-unsur negara menurut Pasal 1 Konvensi Montevideo 1933 sehingga Liberland bukanlah sebuah negara melainkan sebuah entitas lain bukan negara yang disebut juga sebagai mikronasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Free Republic of Liberland was self-proclaimed as an independent micro State on April 13 2015. Free Republic of Liberland was established in an area with terra nullis status on the the West Bank of the Danube River. This reasearch was analyzed Based on the Article 1 Montevideo Convention 1933 and the right to self-determination. The purpose of this study is to analyze the establishment of the Free Republic of Liberland State whether it meets the criteria as a State according to international law. The research method used is normative juridical, research specification is descriptive Research Location at Scientific Information Center Faculty of Law University of Jenderal Soedirman, Technical Implementation Unit University of Jenderal Soedirman.Data source used is secondary data, data collection method is literature study and data analysis method is Qualitative Juridical. Based on the research, the Free Republic of Liberland has not met the criteria of the State according to the Article 1 Montevideo Convention of 1933, so Liberland is not a State but a non-state entity also called a micronation. |
