| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Masalah pertumbuhan penduduk yang akhirnya menimbulkan berbagai masalah baru pada dewasa ini. Program KKBPK melalui pencanangan Kampung KB untuk mengatasi pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin tinggi. Setiap Kabupaten diwajibkan memiliki Kampung KB, tak terkecuali Kabupaten Banyumas yang juga mewajibkan setiap kecamatan memiliki Kampung KB. Kecamatan dengan Kampung KB terbanyak di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah Kecamatan Sokaraja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas program KKBPK melalui Kampung KB di Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan ukuran efektivitas menurut Duncan (dalam Steers 1985: 53) yaitu Pencapaian Tujuan, Integrasi dan Adaptasi. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metoe quasi eksperimental. Hasil penelitian melalui uji Z menunjukan bahwa, indikator pencapaian tujuan Zhitung > Ztabel = 20,15 > 1,960 , integrasi Zhitung > Ztabel = 31,83 > 1,960 dan adaptasi Zhitung > Ztabel = 18,48 > 1,960 maka dapat dikatakan ada perbedaan keadaan setelah adanya program KKBPK melalui kampung KB pada responden kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Secara keseluruhan uji Z yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukan Zhitung > Ztabel = 29,28 > 1,960 maka dapat dikatakan ada perbedaan keadaan setelah adanya program KKBPK melalui kampung KB pada responden kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan program tersebut efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, kesimpulannya program KKBPK melalui Kampung KB di Kecamatan Sokaraja berjalan efektif. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The problem of population growth which eventually led to a variety of new problems today. KKBPK program through the declaration of KB villages to overcome the increasing population growth. Each regency is required to have KB villages, including Banyumas regency which also requires each sub-district to have a KB village. Subdistricts with the most KB villages in Banyumas Regency are Kecamatan Sokaraja. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the KKBPK program through KB villages in Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. This study uses a measure of effectiveness according to Duncan (in Steers 1985: 53) namely Achievement of Objectives, Integration and Adaptation. The method in this study is an experimental quasi method. The results of the research through the Z test showed that the indicators of goal achievement Zhitung> Ztable = 20.15> 1.960, integration Zhitung> Ztable = 31.83> 1.960 and adaptation Zhitung> Ztabel = 18.48> 1.960 then it can be said that there are differences in circumstances after KKBPK programs through KB villages in the experimental group and control group respondents. Overall the Z test that has been conducted by the researcher shows Zhitung> Ztable = 29.28> 1.960 so it can be said that there are differences in circumstances after the KKBPK program was conducted through KB villages in the experimental group and control group respondents. So that it can be concluded that the program is effective. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion of the KKBPK program through the KB Village in Kecamatan Sokaraja was effective. |
