| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Rasa sakit dapat mendorong pasien untuk melakukan upaya penyembuhan. Akan tetapi ada sebagian pasien yang memiliki tingkat motivasi sembuh yang rendah, sehingga dapat menghambat proses pengobatan dan penyembuhan pasien. Oleh karena itu, perlu bagi pasien untuk mendapatkan motivasi tambahan dari pihak lain, khususnya perawat yang memiliki kredibilitas dalam memberikan pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi pasien tentang kredibilitas perawat terhadap motivasi sembuh pasien di ruang rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dianalisis melalui Korelasi Product Moment (KPM), uji t, uji determinasi, dan regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibacakan langsung oleh peneliti kepada responden. Lokasi dari penelitian ini adalah ruang perawatan kelas 3 RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo yang beralamatkan di Jl. Dr. Gumbreg No. 1, Berkoh, Purwokerto Selatan, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, 53146. Jumlah populasinya adalah 142 pasien, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 59 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pasien tentang kredibilitas (x) perawat berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi sembuh pasien (y) di ruang rawat inap kelas 3 RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Tingkat hubungan variabel x dan y penelitian ini berada pada kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, agar motivasi pasien untuk sembuh meningkat, maka perawat harus meningkatkan kredibilitasnya dalam memberikan pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Pain can encourage patients to make healing efforts. However, there are some patients who have a low level of recovery motivation, which can hinder the treatment and healing process of patients. Therefore, it is necessary for patients to obtain additional motivation from other parties, especially nurses who have credibility in providing nursing care and services to patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of patients 'perceptions of nurses' credibility on the recovering motivation of patients in the 3rd class inpatients of Prof. RSUD. Dr Margono Soekarjo. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach that is analyzed through Product Moment Correlation (KPM), t-test, determination test, and simple linear regression. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires that were read directly by researchers to respondents. The location of this study is the third-class treatment room of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo addressing Jl. Dr. Gumbreg No. 1, Berkoh, South Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, 53146. The population is 142 patients, and the sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 59 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the patient's perception of credibility (x) nurses have a positive and significant effect on the patient's recovery motivation (y) in the 3rd class inpatient room of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. The level of relationship between variables x and y of this study is in the medium category. Therefore, for the patient's motivation to recover, the nurse must increase his credibility in providing nursing care and services to patients.
