| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal merupakan salah satu industri pemintalan benang tekstil yang menggunakan bahan baku serat untuk proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian persediaan menjadi hal yang cukup penting untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen tepat waktu dan menekan biaya produksi seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku benang acrylic di PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati, 2) mengetahui pengendalian kebutuhan bahan baku benang acrylic dengan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) teknik Lot For Lot (LFL) yang optimal dan ekonomis di PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus di PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Januari sampai 22 Maret 2018. Analisis data menggunakan analisis peramalan Least Squares, metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) teknik Lot For Lot (LFL). Variabel dan pengukuran yang digunakan adalah volume pemakaian bahan baku, waktu tunggu, biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan melakukan pengendalian persediaan belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat melalui perbandingan antara biaya persediaan yang ditetapkan perusahaan dengan teknik LFL. Metode MRP teknik LFL menghasilkan penghematan sebesar 5,3 persen dibandingkan metode perusahaan. Metode MRP teknik LFL dapat dijadikan model alternatif dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal dan ekonomis dilihat dari biaya persediaan bahan baku. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal is one of the textile yarn spinning industries that uses fiber raw materials for the production process. Therefore, inventory control becomes important enough to meet consumer demand on time and reduce production costs to a minimum. This study aims to 1) find out the control of the supply of acrylic yarn raw materials at PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati, 2) find out the control of the need for acrylic yarn raw material with the optimal and economical method of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) technique for PT LFL Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati. The research method uses a case study method at PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal. The study was conducted on January 22 to March 22, 2018. Data analysis using Least Squares forecasting analysis, method of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Lot For Lot (LFL) technique. The variables and measurements used are the volume of raw material usage, waiting time, ordering costs and storage costs. The results of the study show that companies do not control inventory optimally, this can be seen through a comparison between inventory costs set by the company and LFL techniques. The MRP technique of the LFL technique produces savings of 5.3 percent compared to the company method. The MRP method of LFL techniques can be used as an alternative model in controlling optimal and economical raw material inventories seen from the cost of raw material inventory. |
