Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelambat-lepasan unsur hara N pada formula pupuk nitrogen yang dikelat bahan lokal dengan metode pelindian (2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian lima macam formula pupuk nitrogen yang telah dikelat bahan lokal terhadap respon pertumbuhan tanaman kailan, dan (3) mengetahui formula pupuk terbaik setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan metode pelindian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian dan pengujian pelindian dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Waktu pelaksanaanya pada Oktober 2017 sampai April 2018. Pengujian pelindian menggunakan lima formula pupuk nitrogen yang dikelat bahan lokal : F1 (60% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gondorukem, 10% Asam humat), F2 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla micophylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gondorukem) , F3 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Asam humat), F4 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Gondorukem, 10% Asam humat), F5 (70% Urea, 20% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite). Uji agronomis tanaman kailan menggunakan tanah inceptisol. Faktor uji agronomis yaitu lima formula pupuk ditambah perlakuan F0 (pupuk N,P,K) sebagai kontrol. Penelitian uji agronomis tanaman kailan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan satu faktor berupa formula pupuk dan empat kali ulangan. Variabel yang diamati adalah sifat kimia tanah, pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula pupuk nitrogen F1 yang lepas-lambatnya paling stabil dan secara bertahap. Formula pupuk nitrogen berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan luas daun. Formula pupuk F1 merupakan formula pupuk terbaik pada pengujian pelindian.

Inggris)This research was aimed to: 1) know slow-release nutrient N on nitrogen fertilizer formulas coated local materials with leaching method, 2) know effects the composition of five nitrogen fertilizer formulas coated local materials to growth kailan’s response. And (3) know nitrogen fertilizer formulas that best effects on leaching method. The research was conducted at Screen House of Faculty of Agriculture and leaching test was conducted at Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Its implementation time from October 2017 to April 2018. Leaching test used five nitrogen fertilizer formulas coated with local materials : F1 (60% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gum rosin, 10% Humic acid), F2 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla micophylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Gum rosin) , F3 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite, 10% Humic acid), F4 (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Gum rosin, 10% Humic acid), F5 (70% Urea, 20% Azolla microphylla, 10% Montmorillonite). The agronomic test of plant kailan used soil inceptisol. The factor agronomic test is five nitrogen fertilizer formulas plus F0 (N, P, K fertilizer) as control. The agronomic test for kailan crop used a Completely Randomize Design (CRD), with one factors and four replications. The observed variables were soil chemical properties, kailan’s growth and yield. The results showed that the nitrogen fertilizer formula F1 the most stable and slow gradually released. Nitrogen fertilizer formulas influenced the plant height, number of leaves, and leaf area. Fertilizer formula F1 gave the best effect on leaching test.
