| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penggunaan benih bersertifikat merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas padi. Oleh sebab itu, ketersedian benih bersertifikat sangat dibutuhkan petani dalam melakukan kegiatan usahatani, tetapi masih ada petani yang belum menggunakan benih bersertifikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan petani pengguna benih sertifikat dan non sertifikat, 2) mengetahui faktor produksi apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi padi, 3) mengetahui pengaruh benih bersertifikat terhadap produktivitas padi di Kecamatan Cawas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cawas Kabupaten Klaten yang berlangsung dari bulan Desember hingga Februari 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan yang diperoleh pda usahatani padi pengguna benih bersertifikat di Kecamatan Cawas per musim tanam sebesar Rp12.344.839 sedangkan pendapatan sebesar Rp8.923.953 pada petani pengguna beih non sertifikat per hektar per musim tanam. Setiap penambahan luas lahan dan pestisida akan meningkatkan produksi padi sedangkan setiap penambahan tenaga kerja,benih (dummy), pupuk npk, pupuk urea, pupuk kcl, dan pupuk sp36 tidak meningkatkan produksi padi. Penggunaan benih bersertifikat tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas padi per satuan luas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The use of certified seed is one of the factors that affect the increase in rice productivity. Therefore, the availability of certified seeds very important for farmers in farming activities is an absolute requirement, on the other sidesome of farmers not used certified seeds yet. This research aims to: 1) find out the difference income of farmer of the use certificate and non certificate seed, 2)find out what production factors affect rice production, 3) find out the role of certified seeds on rice productivity in Cawas Subdistrict. This research was carried Cawas Subdistrict Klaten Regency that goes on from Desember to February 2018. Determination method of the responden’s is done by simple random sampling method with the total number of responden’s as many as 44 people. Analiysis oh the method used is financial analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the income obtained from rice farming was a certified seed user in Cawas Subdistrict per hectare per planting season of Rp12.344.839 while income of Rp8.923.953 per hectare per planting season. Every addition of land area and pesticide will increase rice production while every addition of labor, za fertilizer, urea fertilizer, kcl fertilizer, and sp36 fertilizer does not increase rice production. The use of certified seeds does not affect the increase in rice production per unit area. |
