| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas, serta ingin mengetahui pengaruh mediasi variabel penggunaan informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dengan populasi seluruh UMKM yang telah memiliki surat ijin usaha (IUMK) khususnya pada UMKM di kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan penggunaan informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. sedangkan pengalaman usaha tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan informasi akuntansi. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pengaruh peran penggunaan informasi akuntansi memediasi tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the variable level of education and business experience on business success in UMKM in Banyumas Regency, and to find out the mediating effect of the use of accounting information variables. This study uses primary data, with a population of all UMKM that have a business license (IUMK), especially the UMKM in Banyumas district. The method that used to determine the sample of the research is purposive sampling method, so that 100 respondents are obtained. The analytical method used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that the level of education and the use of accounting information have a positive effect on business success. while business experience does not have a positive influence on business success. The level of education and business experience has a positive effect on the use of accounting information. Furthermore, this study also shows the influence of the role of using accounting information mediating the level of education and business experience on business success. |
