| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Syzygium polychepalum bermanfaat sebagai sumber bahan obat. Manfaat sebagai sumber bahan obat karena terdapat kandungan senyawa yang ada pada genus Syzygium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa non fenolik dari daun gowok (S. polychepalum) asal Purwokerto. Isolasi dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi dan pemisahan dengan kromatografi. Identifikasi senyawa menggunakan spektroskopi 1H-NMR dan GC-MS. Spektrum 1H-NMR isolat (3-6).2.2 terdapat 5 sinyal utama yaitu 0,68 ppm (1H, s) ; 0,78 – 1,03 ppm (12H, m) ; 1,28 ppm (12H, s) ; 1,54 ppm (20H, s) ; 3,89 ppm (1H, s). Hasil GC-MS menunjukkan terdapat senyawa asam lemak jenuh yaitu asam heksadekanoat dan 3-etilpropanoat. Senyawa asam lemak jenuh yaitu asam heksadekanoat dan 3-etilpropanoat berhasil di isolasi S. polychepalum. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Syzygium polychepalum is useful as a source of medicinal ingredients. Benefit as a source of medicinal ingredients because there is a content of compounds in the genus Syzygium. This study aims to perform the isolation non phenolic compounds from the leaves of gowok (S. polychepalum) from Purwokerto. Isolation is carried out by extraction and separation by chromatography. Identification of compounds using 1H-NMR spectroscopy and GC-MS. The 1H-NMR spectrum isolate (3-6).2.2 have 5 main signals that are 0.68 ppm (1H, s); 0.78 - 1.03 ppm (12H, m); 1.28 ppm (12H, s); 1.54 ppm (20H, s); 3.89 ppm (1H, s). GC-MS results showed that there are saturated fatty acid compounds, hexadecanoic acid and 3-ethylpropanoate. Saturated fatty acid compounds, hexadecanoic acid and 3-ethylpropanoate were successfully isolated from S. polychepalum. |
