| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Dan Efisiensi Pada Usahatani Kentang di Desa Batur Kecamatan Batur Kabupaten Banjarnegara”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, bibit, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja terhadap jumlah produksi usahatani kentang di Desa Batur, menganalisis tingkat keuntungan usahatani kentang di Desa Batur serta menganalisis efisiensi usahatani kentang di Desa Batur. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling. Dengan jumalh sampel 122 orang terbagi menjadi tiga strata dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Secara kesuluruhan jumlah petani kubis di Desa Kutabawa mencapai 1224 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan 1) model regresi Cobb-Douglas 2) metode analisis penerimaan dan pendapatan 3) metode analisis efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan, bibit, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi, Usahatani kentang di Desa Batur menguntungkan yaitu dimana total revenue lebih besar dari total cost. Untuk strata 1 sebesar Rp.56.295.029. per hektar strata 2 sebesar Rp. 51.097.561 per hektar dan strata 3 sebesar Rp. 68.671.667 per hektar untuk satu kali proses produksi usahatani kentang di Desa Batur sudah mencapai efisien dengan tingkat R/C untuk strata I diperoleh nilai R/C sebesar 1,97 strata II sebesar 1,97 dan stara III sebesar 2,00. Nilai R.C tersebut lebih dari 1 sehingga kegiatan usahatani tersebut layak dikembangkan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled "Factors Affecting Production And Efficiency In Potato Farming in Batur Village Batur Sub-district Banjarnegara". The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of land area, seeds, fertilizer, pesticide and labor to the total production of potato farming in Batur Village, to analyze the profitability level of potato farm in Batur Village and to analyze the efficiency of potato farming in Batur Village. Sampling method used is stratified random sampling. With a sample sample of 118 people divided into three strata using the slovin formula. The total number of cabbage farmers in Kutabawa village reached 1224 people. Hypothesis testing uses 1) Cobb-Douglas regression model 2) revenue and income analysis method 3) economic efficiency analysis method. The result of the research based on F test shows that the area of land, seeds, fertilizer, pesticide and labor influence on the amount of production. Potato farming in Batur Village is advantageous where total revenue is bigger than total cost. For strata 1, Rp. 56.295.029. stara 2 of Rp. 51.097.561 and strata 3 of Rp.68.671.667 per hectare for a single production process potato farming in Batur Village has reached efficient with the level of R / C for strata I obtained R / C value of 1,97 strata II of 1.97 and stara III of 2.00.
