| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap kode etik keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam purwokerto dan faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap kode etik keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 45 (empat puluh lima) orang perawat. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah secara naratif dan matriks data. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi dan perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap kode etik keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto adalah tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 5 (lima) indikator meliputi tingginya tanggung jawab perawat dan klien, tingginya tanggung jawab perawat dan praktik, tingginya tanggung jawab perawat dan masyarakat, tingginya tanggung jawab perawat dan teman sejawat dan tingginya tanggung jawab perawat dan profesi. Faktor-faktor yang cenderung memengaruhi kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap kode etik keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto meliputi faktor kedisiplinan kerja, fasilitas kerja dan pendapatan kerja. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research to knowing about compliance legal by nurse to the code of conduct nurse in the health service at the Islamic Hospital Purwokerto and the factor that tend to influence for compliance legal by nurse to the code of conduct nurse in the health service at the Islamic Hospital Purwokerto. This research using a quantitative research method with sociological juridical and descriptive research spesification. This research took a place at the Islamic Hospital Purwokerto wth 45 nurse’s as the respondent. This sample of this research using a simple random sampling method. The source of data in this research include primary data and sencondary data obtained by questionary method, literature, and documentary. The data collected is processed by use the method of coding, editing and tabulation, and the presented in narrative and data tables. Quantitative data analysis using a simple statistica method, while the qualitative data analysis using a content analysis and comparative analysis. The result of this research shows that compliance legal by nurse to the code of conduct nurse in the health service at the Islamic Hospital Purwokerto is high. That is evidenced by the result of research on five indicators include the high of the responsibility of the nurse and client, the high of the resposibility of the nurse and pratice, the high of the responsibility of the nurse and society, the high of responsibility of the nurse and the friends colleague, and the high of resposibility of the nurse and profession. Then the factors than can to influence compliance legal by nurse to the code of conduct nurse in the health service at the Islamic Hospital Purwokerto include discipline factor, facility factor, and income factor. |
