| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pemberian tepung Azolla microphylla di dalam pakan terhadap mortalitas dan produksi telur harian (Quail Day Production). Materi yang digunakan yaitu puyuh berumur 30 hari sebanyak 100 ekor. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu R0 = Pakan basal tanpa tambahan tepung azolla microphylla, R1 = Pakan basal ditambahkan tepung azolla microphylla 1%, R2 = Pakan basal ditambahkan tepung azolla microphylla 2% dan R3 = Pakan basal ditambahkan tepung azolla microphylla 3%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisi menggunakan analisis variansi. Variabel yang diukur yaitu mortalitas dan produksi telur harian (Quail day Production). Berdasarkan analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung azolla microphylla berpengaruh tidak nyata (P> 0,05) terhadap produksi telur harian (Quail day Production) dan mortalitas. Rata-rata produksi telur harian (Quail Day Production) yang paling besar 62,46 R2 tetapi yang paling kecil 56,22 R3. Persentase rata-rata mortalitas paling besar 1,46 R0 dan R3 dan yang paling kecil sebesar 0,70. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study aimed to asses the effect of Azolla microphylla meal in feed of mortality of quail and the daily egg production (Quail Day Productions). The material used was 100 female quail age 30-days-old. The treatment were R0 = Basal meal without addition of Azolla microphylla meal , R1 = Basal feed added Azolla microphylla meal , R2 = Basal meal added Azolla microphylla 2% and R3 = Basal feed with 3% Azolla microphylla meal. The research method used experiment. The research design used Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The data obtained was analyzed using variance analysis. The measured variables were mortality and daily egg production (Quail day Production). Variance of Analysis showed that the addition of Azolla microphylla meal had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the mortality and daily egg productions (Quail day Production). The percentage of mortality was the bighest was 1.46 R0 and R3 but the lowest was 0.70 R1 and R2. The highest percentage of egg production ( Quail Day Production ) was 62.46 R2 but the lowest was 56.22 R3. |
