| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Vespa merupakan kendaraan bermotor yang sudah tidak asing dan banyak digunakan oleh orang pada setiap golongan umur baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Komunitas vespa di Kabupaten Banyumas yang saat ini masih aktif yaitu komunitas Vespa Scooter Fans Club Purwoketo (SFaC). Komunitas vespa bukan menjadi monopoli kaum tertentu, akan tetapi merambah ke semua lapisan masyarakat, baik tua, pejabat, pengangguran, kaya, miskin semua ada di dalam komunitas vespa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui kesadaran dan bentuk jaringan sosial antar komunitas pecinta vespa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sasaran pada penelitian yaitu para pecinta vespa anggota Komunitas Vespa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Analisis dalam penelitian ini melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan yaitu komunitas Vespa Purwokerto-Banyumas memiliki anggota yang hubungannya erat antara satu dengan yang lain. Keeratan tersebut diawali dengan kecintaan mereka terhadap sepeda motor Vespa dan dilanjutkan dengan membuat komunitas. Dalam penelitian ini, komunitas tersebut adalah SfaC (Scooter fans Club) dan SOBAT (Scooter Owners Baturraden). SfaC dan SOBAT adalah dua komunitas Vespa yang masih eksis dan aktif di sekitar wilayah Purwokerto-Banyumas hingga saat ini. Komunitas Vespa yang lain di wilayah tersebut sudah tidak aktif. Pertemuan dan berbagai kegiatan telah sering dilakukan oleh SfaC dan SOBAT. Aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut memiliki dua tujuan sekaligus, pertama, mempererat tali persaudaraan dan kekeluargaan di antara anggota komunitas; kedua, mewujudkan kepedulian komunitas terhadap problem sosial kemasyarakatan di wilayahnya. Aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut di atas menunjukkan peran komunitas Vespa sebagai salah satu bagian dari sistem besar masyarakat di wilayah sekitar Purwokerto-Banyumas. Melalui aktivitas dan peran tersebut maka dengan sendirinya komunitas Vespa dikenal oleh masyarakat dan memperoleh pengakuan dari masyarakat. Kesadaran anggota membuat komunitas Vespa berkembang dengan membangun jaringan sosial yang tidak terbatas di dalam masyarakat di wilayahnya. Jaringan sosial tersebut dibangun tidak hanya dengan sesama komunitas Vespa namun juga dengan komponen-komponen lain dalam masyarakat, baik individu, kelompok maupun komunitas lainnya. Komponen-komponen masyarakat yang lain dan berada dalam jaringan sosial yang dikembangkan oleh komunitas Vespa Purwokerto-Banyumas tersebut antara lain adalah komunitas teater, komunitas musik, beberapa lembaga pemerintah (PMI, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum), individu penggemar/pecinta sepeda motor Vespa independen (tidak tergabung dalam komunitas dan bahkan yang tidak memiliki Vespa), dan masyarakat umum. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Vespa is a motor vehicle which is already familiar and widely used by people in every age group both men and women. Banyumas Regency vespa communities that are currently still active that is the community of Vespa Scooter Fans Club Purwoketo (SFaC). The community of vespa is not be the monopoly of a particular clan, but penetrated into all walks of life, both parents, officials, rich, poor, unemployment is all there is in the community of vespa. This research aims to know the consciousness and form social networks between communities in the Regency of Banyumas vespa-lovers. This research uses qualitative research is. Research on target i.e. lovers vespa Vespa community members in the District of Banyumas. The analysis in this study through three phases i.e. phase reduction data, presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. Based on the research results and discussion can be summed up, the community of Vespa-Banyumas Purwokerto has closely relationship between members one with another. The Keeratan begins with a love of motorcycles Vespa and continued by making community. In this study, the community was the SfaC (Scooter fans Club) and SOBAT (Scooter Owners Baturraden). SfaC and PAL are the two communities of the Vespa still exists and is active in the surrounding area of Banyumas Purwokerto-until now. Another Vespa communities in the region are already inactive. Meetings and various activities have often been carried out by the SfaC and PAL. These activities have two purposes at once, first, tighten the straps of the fraternity and of family among community members; Secondly, embodying the concern of the community towards the problem of social development in the region. The activities above shows the role of the community of Vespa as one part of the system of the people in the region around Purwokerto-Banyumas. Through the activities and role of the community itself, the Vespa became known by the public and gained recognition from the community. Awareness of community members developed a Vespa build unlimited social network within the community in its region. The social network is built not only with fellow community Vespa but also with other components of society, whether individuals, groups or other community. Components of the community and are in social networks developed by the community-the Banyumas Purwokerto Vespa are community theatres, music community, several government agencies (PMI, health services, Office of Public works), the individual fan/lover of motorcycles Vespa independent (not affiliated to a community and even that doesn't have a Vespa), and the general public.
