| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul ”Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Kemudahan Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik“ bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Persepsi Kemudahan Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik (Studi pada Mahasiswa Teknik Mesin Universitas Galuh Ciamis). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode korelasional. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur dan Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial, Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik, Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap KInerja Sistem Informasi Akademik, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik dan Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik. Secara simultan Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akademik. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dapat di verifikasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The objective of this research was to know and analyze the influence of Quality System, Quality of Information, Quality of Service and Ease of Perception Against The Academic Information System Performance. The method of this research used a descriptive method and correlational method. To analyze the data, the researcher used multiple regression linear and determination coefficient. Partially, based on the result, Quality System had significant effect on The Academic Information System Performance, Quality of Information had not significant effect on The Academic Information System Performance , Quality of Service had not significant effect on The Academic Information System Performance, and Ease of Perception had significant effect on The Academic Information System Performance. Simultaneously, there was significant effect between Quality System, Quality of Information, Quality of Service and Ease of Perception Against The Academic Information System Performance. So, the Hypothesis was Verified. |
