| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja bakteri probiotik Lactobacillus spp. dan Bacillus spp. yang ditambahkan pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan dan konversi pakan ikan nila. Ikan nila yang digunakan memiliki panjang awal 10-12,5 cm dan berat awal 44-49 g. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan, yaitu P1 (tanpa probiotik), P2 probiotik 5g/kg pakan, P3 probiotik 10g/kg pakan, dan P4 probiotik 15g/kg pakan. Pemeliharaan ikan nila dilakukan selama 60 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan probiotik berpengaruh terhadap pertambahan berat, SGR, efisiensi pakan dan konversi pakan ikan nila dengan perlakuan terbaik yaitu penambahan probiotik 5g/kg pakan dan 10g/kg pakan, namun untuk sintasan dan yield tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan dengan penambahan probiotik 15g/kg pakan. |

Inggris) | This study was aimed to know performance of probiotic Lactobacillus spp. and Bacillus spp. in diet to growth performances, feed utilization efficiency and feed conversion ratio of tilapia. The fish used has a long early 10-12,5 cm and a weight of 44-49 g early. The complete randomized design was applied using four different doses of probiotic trials P1 (0), P2 (5g/kg), P3 (10g/kg), and P4 (15g/kg) 20 g/kg diets respectively. Maintenance of the fish performed for 60 days. The research results showed that the addition of probiotics had an affection weigh gain, SGR, feed efficiency and feed conversion of Tilapia with the best treatment the addition of probiotic 5 g/kg feed and 10 g/kg feed, but for the survival and yield there was highest on treatment with the addition of probiotics 15 g/kg of feed. . |
