| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyerapan tenaga kerja, upah minimum, jumlah unit industri, inflasi dan investasi terhadap kinerja sektor industri pengolahan (perubahan produk domestik regional bruto sektor industri pengolahan di Kabupaten Purbalingga) dan pengaruh kinerja sektor industri pengolahan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat (jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Purbalingga). Data yang digunakan adalah data time series tahun 2001-2016 yang bersumber dari BPS, dinsosnakertrans, dan DPMPTSP Kabupaten Purbalingga. Untuk menganalisis hipotesis I yaitu pengaruh penyerapan tenaga kerja, upah minimum, jumlah unit industri, inflasi dan investasi terhadap kinerja sektor industri pengolahan di lakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Untuk menganalisis hipotesis II yaitu pengaruh kinerja sektor industri pengolahan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Proses pengujian yang di lakukan terdiri dari pengujian statistik yaitu uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f serta pengujian asumsi klasik berupa multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi dan normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada hipotesis I dengan pengujian statistik berupa uji koefisien determinasi, di dapatkan hasil berupa penyerapan tenaga kerja, upah minimum, jumlah unit industri, inflasi dan investasi mempengaruhi kinerja sektor industri pengolahan sebanyak 54 persen. berdasarkan uji F di dapatkan hasil bahwa penyerapan tenaga kerja, upah minimum, jumlah unit industri, inflasi dan investasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja sektor industri pengolahan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tenaga kerja, upah minimum, dan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sektor industri pengolahan. Jumlah unit industri berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, inflasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Pengujian hipotesis II menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sektor industri pengolahan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada penelitian ini, pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga di harapkan mampu menciptakan stabilitas ekonomi secara nenyeluruh. Dengan upaya tersebut di harapkan mampu meningkatkan minat investor dalam menanamkan modalnya sehingga akan tercipta iklim investasi yag kondusif. Peningkatan investasi khususnya pada sektor industri pengolahan akan meningkatkan jumlah unit industri dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Ketika tenaga kerja bertambah maka jumlah produk yang di hasilkan bertambah dan berdampak pada kenaikan upah. Keterkaitan antara faktor tersebut dan peran pemerintah dalam menentukan kebijakan mengenai syarat penanaman modal dan perizinan usaha. dapat meningkatkan kinerja sektor industri pengolahan. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to know the influence of labor absorption, minimum wage, the number of industrial unit, inflation and investment to the performance of processing industry sector (change of gross domestic product of processing industry sector in Purbalingga) and the influence of performance of processing industry sector to society prosperity (the number of poor people in Purbalingga). The data used is time series data from 2001-2016 sourced from BPS, dinsosnakertrans, and DPMPTSP Purbalingga. To analyze hypothesis I that is influence of labor absorption, minimum wage, number of industrial unit, inflation and investment to performance of processing industry sector done by using doubled linear regression. To analyze hypothesis II that is influence of performance of processing industry sector to the number of poor population is done by using simple linear regression. The testing process is done consist of statistical test that is coefficient of determination test, t test and f test and test of classical assumption in the form of multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi and normality. Based on the results of the research that has been done on hypothesis I with the statistical test in the form of coefficient of determination, the results obtained in the form of labor absorption, minimum wage, the number of industrial units, inflation and investment affect the performance of the manufacturing industry sector as much as 54 percent. based on the F test in the results obtained that the absorption of labor, minimum wage, the number of industrial units, inflation and investment together affect the performance of the manufacturing sector. The result of t test shows that the application of labor, minimum wage, and investment have a positive and significant influence to the performance of manufacturing industry sector. The number of industrial units has negative and insignificant effect, inflation has positive and insignificant effect. Testing of hypothesis II shows that the performance of the processing industry sector has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people. Based on the results of analysis in this study, Purbalingga regency government is expected to create overall economic stability. With these efforts are expected to increase investor interest in investing capital so that will create a conducive investment climate yag. Increased investment, especially in the manufacturing sector, will increase the number of industrial units and employment. As labor increases, the number of products generated increases and affects wage increases. The linkage between these factors and the role of the government in determining the policy regarding terms of investment and business licensing can improve the performance of the manufacturing sector. |
