| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Pemenkes Nomor 59 tahun 2014 mengenai standar tarif pelayanan kesehatan dalam penyelenggaraan Program JKN, tarif pelayanan kesehatan FKRTL mengacu pada standar tarif Indonesian Case Base Groups (INA-CBGs). Kebijakan ini diharapkan mampu menekan tingginya biaya kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan biaya riil dengan tarif INA CBGs dan proporsi setiap komponen biaya perawatan pada pasien gagal jantung akut rawat inap. Metodologi: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif bersumber dari data sekunder. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu total sampling sejumlah 38 sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dengan Activity Based Costing dan analisis univariat dengan Ms.Excel. Hasil Penelitian: Biaya perawatan gagal jantung akut rawat inap berdasarkan tarif rumah sakit sejumlah Rp. 5.700.507,- sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan ABC sejumlah 5.606.772,-. Selisih berdasarkan tarif rumah sakit dan perhitungan ABC dengan tarif INA CBGs berturut-turut sejumlah Rp. 41.098.273,- dan Rp. 37.536.334,-. Urutan komponen biaya terbesar adalah biaya obat (28,208%), biaya rawat inap intensif (21,235%) dan biaya rawat inap (13,97%). Kesimpulan: Biaya perawatan gagal jantung akut rawat inap berdasarkan tarif rumah sakit dan perhitungan ABC lebih besar dari tarif INA CBGs yang berarti bahwa terjadi defisit pada rumah sakit. Inggris) | Background : Health minister regulation No 59/2014 about standard health service tariff in implementation of JKN program, FKRTL health service tariff refers to Indonesian Case Base Groups (INA-CBGs) standard tariff. This policy is expects to reduce high cost of health in the hospital. This study aims to determine difference real cost to INA CBG’s tariff and proportion of each component in cost of treatment acute heart failure inpatient. Methodology : The research design used quantitative descriptive sourced from secondary data. The sampling technique used total sampling of 38 samples. Data analysis used cost analysis with Activity Based Costing and univariate analysis with Ms.Excel. Result : Cost of treatment acute heart failure inpatient based on hospital tariff amount Rp. 5.700.507, while ABC calculation amount Rp. 5.606.772. The difference cost of treatment acute heart failure based on hospital tariff and ABC calculation with INA CBG’s tariff consecutive was Rp 41.098.273 and Rp. 37.536.334. The largest component cost order was drug (28,208%), intensive hospitalization (21,235%) and hospitalization (13,97%). Conclusion : of treatment acute heart failure inpatient based on hospital tariff and ABC calculation higher than INA CBG’s tariff means there is a deficit in hospital. |
