| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia Digital Home (IndiHome) merupakan salah satu produk layanan dari PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia berupa paket layanan komunikasi dan data seperti telepon rumah (voice), internet (Internet on Fiber atau High Speed Internet) dan layanan televisi interaktif (UseeTV Cable, IPTV). Pada layanan televisi interaktif (UseeTV) terdapat layanan video streaming yang biasa digunakan untuk menyediakan tayangan program televisi dan film melaui akses internet. Salah satu layanan yang banyak digunakan oleh pelanggan IndiHome untuk melakukan video streaming adalah Iflix. Iflix merupakan layanan Video On Demand (VoD) yang menyediakan streaming film dan acara televisi melalui internet. Untuk menghasikan kualitas gambar dan suara yang diinginkan, maka harus didukung oleh keberadaan kualitas jaringan yang baik. Dengan kualitas jaringan yang baik, kenyamanan pada saat menggunakan layanan Iflix dapat dinikmati tanpa adanya suatu masalah atau gangguan apapun. Untuk mengetahui kualitas jaringan pada layanan Iflix maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis performansi pada layanan tersebut. Parameter yang digunakan berupa Quality of Service (QoS) yaitu dengan menganalisis throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss dan frame rate. Pengujian menggunakan perangkat lunak wireshark 2.2.2 yang dilakukan dari sisi pelanggan dengan bandwidth 10Mbps dan 20Mbps serta memperhatikan pengaruh jarak dari sentral ke pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan informasi terkait performansi kualitas layanan Iflix UseeTV. |

Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the form of communication and data communication services such as home phone (voice), internet (Internet on Fiber or High-Speed Internet) and interactive television service (UseeTV Cable, IPTV). In an interactive television service (UseeTV) there is a streaming video service commonly used to provide television and movie programs via internet access. One of the services which have been used by IndiHome customers to stream video is Iflix. Iflix is a Video On Demand (VoD) service that provides streaming movies and television shows over the internet. To achieve the desired image and sound quality, it must be supported by the existence of good network quality. With good network quality, the convenience of using the Iflix service can be enjoyed without any problems or interruptions. To know the quality of the network of Iflix service then the authors research by analyzing the performance on the service. Parameters that used in Quality of Service (QoS) formed by analyzing throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss and frame rate. Testing using Wireshark 2.2.2 software conducted from the customer side with bandwidth of 10Mbps and 20Mbps and pay attention to the effect of distance from the center to the customer. The results of this study will provide information related to the quality performance of Iflix UseeTV service. |
