| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Masih rendahnya akses masyarakat terhadap sanitasi menjadi salah satu penyebab dari masih tingginya angka penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Salah satu kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia sebagai upaya dalam pemenuhan akses terhadap sanitasi adalah program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM). Salah satu wilayah yang telah melaksanakan STBM adalah Desa Sokaraja Lor. Jika dibandingkan dengan 7 (tujuh) desa lain yang melaksanakan STBM pada tahun 2017, Sokaraja Lor merupakan desa dengan akses jamban penduduk terendah. Namun dengan latar belakang tersebut, Desa Sokaraja Lor mampu menunjukan progres yang lebih baik yaitu telah berstatus sebagai ODF (Open Defecation Free ) terlebih dahulu. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas program pembangunan adalah partisipasi masyarakat dan kinerja dari implementor program. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat dan kinerja implementor efektivitas program STBM di Desa Sokaraja Lor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif-korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Product Moment, Korelasi Berganda, dan Analisis Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas program STBM dengan nilai sebesar 0,804; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kinerja implementor terhadap efektivitas program STBM dengan nilai sebesar 0,744; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi masyarakat dan kinerja implementor secara bersama terhadap efektivitas program STBM dengan nilai sebesar 0,862. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The low level of public access sanitation is one of the causes of the high rates of environmental-based diseases. One of the policies issued by the Indonesian government as an effort in fulfilling access to sanitation is the Community Based Total Sanitation (STBM) program. One of the areas that have implemented STBM is Sokaraja Lor Village. When compared with 7 (seven) other villages implementing STBM in 2017, Sokaraja Lor is the village with the lowest access to latrine access. But with that background, Sokaraja Lor village is able to show a better progress that has been an ODF (Open Defecation Free) first. Several factors that may affect the effectiveness of the development program are the community participation and performance of the program implementers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between community participation and the effectiveness of effectiveness of STBM program implementation in Sokaraja Lor Village. This research uses quantitative-correlational method with sampling technique that is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used are Product Moment Correlation, Multiple Correlation, and Regression Analysis. The results showed: (1) There was a positive and significant effect of community participation on the effectiveness of the STBM program with a value of 0.804; (2) There is a positive and significant effect of performance implementor on the effectiveness of the STBM program with a value of 0.744; (3) There is a positive and significant effect of community participation and performance implementor on the effectiveness of the STBM program with a value of 0.862. |
