| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan periode laktasi terhadap total solid dan berat jenis susu. Materi yang digunakan adalah sapi FH sebanyak 50 ekor yang memiliki catatan total solid dan berat jenis pada periode laktasi 3, 4 dan 5. Penelitian dilaksanakan di BBPTU-HPT Baturraden, Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode survei dan penentuan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Random Sampling. Hubungan periode laktasi dengan total solid sebesar -0,052 dengan persamaan regresi Y= 11,855-0,099X dan R2 sebesar 0,4% dan periode laktasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap total solid (P>0,05). Hubungan periode laktasi dengan berat jenis susu sebesar -0,090 dengan persamaan regresi Y= 1,035-0,002X dan R2 sebesar 0,8% dan periode laktasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap berat jenis susu (P>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hubungan periode laktasi dengan total solid dan berat jenis relatif rendah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research were to determine the correlation of lactation period with total solid and lactation period with density. The material of this research was 50 Friesian Holstein cows that have recorded of total solid and density in 3rd, 4th, and 5th lactation period and the location of the research was in BBPTU-HPT Baturraden, Banyumas, Central Java. This research use survey method and the sample determined by Purposive Random Sampling. The result from lactation period with total solid was -0.052 with regression model was Y= 11.855-0.099X and the value of R2 in the amount of 0.4% and result from analysis variance showed did not significant correlated (P>0.05) and the result from lactation period with density showed -0.090 with regression model was Y= 1.035-0.002X and the value of R2 in the amount of 0.8% and result from analysis variance showed did not significant affected (P>0.05). The conclusion of this research showed that the correlation of lactation period with total solid and density is relatively low. |
