| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BTN cabang Purwokerto. Menurut situs resmi Bank BTN, Bank BTN merupakan badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang berbentuk perseroan terbatas dan bergerak di bidang jasa keuangan perbankan. Di Bank BTN memiliki banyak pegawai yang masing-masing memiliki tugas untuk meningkatkan pelayanan untuk para nasabah. Di beberapa pegawai tersebut akan ada pemilihan pegawai terbaik. Dalam pemilihan pegawai terbaik terdapat salah satu faktor penting sebagai penentu yaitu analisis dan hasil dari penilaian yang dilakukan. Untuk menganalisis atau menentukan pegawai terbaik, dilihat dari berbagai aspek yang memiliki beberapa kriteria. Masalah yang terjadi adalah sulit untuk menentukan pilihan yang tepat dari banyaknya pegawai yang bekerja di Bank BTN cabang pusat Purwokerto. Sebuah pilihan memiliki nilai yang lebih baik pada kriteria dan memiliki nilai yang lebih buruk pada kirteria lainnya. Hasil penelitian dan observasi, disimpulkan bahwa untuk menghasilkan hasil dalam analisis penentuan pegawai terbaik, bisa menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem ini dibangun untuk memberikan informasi bagi pengguna untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan. Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ada perhitungan matematika,dilakukan dengan pemberian nilai bobot setiap kriteria yang ada. Informasi yang diperoleh dapat membantu pengguna dalam menemukan hasil yang tepat sesuai dengan penilaian dari beberapa calon pegawai yang akan menjadi pilihan dalam pemilihan pegawai terbaik.

According to the official website of Bank BTN, Bank BTN is a state-owned Indonesian company in the form of a limited liability company and engaged in banking financial services. At Bank BTN has many employees who each have a duty to improve services for its customers. In some of these employees there will be the best employee election. In the selection of the best employees there is one important factor as a determinant of the analysis and the results of the assessment conducted. To analyze or determine the best employees, viewed from various aspects that have several criteria. Problems that occur is difficult to determine the right choice of the number of employees who work at Bank BTN branch center Purwokerto. An option has a better value on the criterion and has a worse value on the other cirteria. The results of research and observation, concluded that to produce results in the analysis of determining the best employees, can use decision support system. This system is built to provide information for users to determine the best employees as the basis for decision-making. In the decision support system there is a mathematical calculation, done by assigning the weight value of each criterion. The information obtained can help the user in finding the right results according to the assessment of some of the prospective employees who will be the choice in the best
