| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Karakter Kebhayangkaraan dan Servant Leadership Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Personel Polri di SPN Polda Jateng dengan Profesionalisme sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Karakter Kebhayangkaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profesionalisme, Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profesionalisme, Karakter Kebhayangkaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, Profesionalisme Polri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja, Profesionalisme Polri memediasi pengaruh Karakter Kebhayangkaraan terhadap prestasi kerja dan Profesionalisme Polri memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Prestasi kerja.

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the influence of Resonance Character and Servant Leadership to Working Performance of Police Personnel in State Police Academy (SPN) Central Java with Professionalism as intervening variable. The sample of this study was amounted to 120 respondents by using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Analysis method of this research is by using analysis technique PLS (Partial Least Square) through SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that Resonance Character has positive and significant impact on Professionalism, Servant leadership has also positive and significant impact on Professionalism, The positive and significant impact of Resonance Character on Working Performance, Servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on Job Performance, Police Professionalism has a positive and significant impact on Working Achievement, Police Professionalism mediates the influence of Resonance Character to the work of performance and that Police Professionalism mediates the influence of Servant Leadership on working achievement. |
