| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengtahui 1) Pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi dan lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah terhadap pertumbuhan setek beringin dolar, 2) Respon banyaknya konsentrasi dan lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah terhadap pertumbuhan setek beringin dolar. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak bulan September 2017 sampai Desember 2017 di Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedung Banteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah dengan 3 taraf, yaitu konsentrasi 50 % (B1), 70 % (B2), dan 90 % (B3),. Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah denga 3 taraf, yaitu 10 menit (L1), 20 menit (L2), dan 30 menit (L3). Jumlah kombinasi perlakuan yaitu 9 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan, menghasilkan 27 unit percobaan. Variabel pertumbuhan yang diamati yaitu persentase hidup, pertambahan tinggi setek, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, volume akar, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel petumbuhan. Interaksi perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas daun. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine 1) the effect of concentration and length of soaking onion extract on the growth of the banyan cutting 2) to know the response of the concentration and the length of soaking of onion extract on the growth of banyan dollar cutting. This research was conducted from September 2017 until December 2017 in Melung Village, Kedung Banteng Sub-district, Banyumas Regency. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of red onion extract with 3 levels, concentration 50% (B1), 70% (B2), and 90% (B3). The second factor is the duration of soaking of onion extract at 3 levels, ie 10 minutes (L1), 20 minutes (L2), and 30 minutes (L3). The number of treatment combinations was 9 treatments with 3 replications, resulting in 27 experimental units. The growth variables observed in this study were live percentage, height of cuttings, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh crown weight, dry weight of canopy, root number, root length, root volume, root wet weight, root dry weight. The results showed that the combination of concentration treatment and the duration of soaking onion extract had no significant effect on all growth variables. The interaction of concentration treatment and the duration of soaking of onion extract had significant effect on the leaf area. |
