| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Potensi pengembangan beringin Dollar sebagai tanaman hias sangat tinggi, namun ketersedian bibit baik secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif masih kurang untuk mendukung potensi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh terhadap pertumbuhan beringin Dollar dan mengetahui konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh yang optimum. 2) pengaruh berbagai komposisi media tanam pada pertumbuhan setek tanaman beringin Dollar dan mengetahui komposisi media tanam yang paling baik. 3) pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh dengan komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan setek beringin Dollar dan mengetahui bentuk kombinasi perlakuan terbaik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house di Desa Melung, Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan mulai dari Agustus sampai dengan November 2017. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor yang dicoba ada 2 yaitu konsentrasi IBA yang terdiri atas empat taraf perlakuan, yaitu: 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm. Faktor kedua adalah komposisi media tanam yang terdiri atas tiga macam komposisi media tanam yaitu: M1 = tanah+pupuk kandang +arang sekam (2:1:1), tanah +pupuk kandang +arang sekam (1:2:1), tanah +pupuk kandang +arang sekam (1:1:2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konsentrasi IBA memberikan hasil yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel bobot segar akar, dan bobot kering tajuk pertumbuhan setek beringin Dollar, namun pada komposisi medai tanam tidak memberikan hasil yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel pertumbuhan setek pucuk beringin Dollar. Interaksi antara konsentrasi IBA dan komposisi media tanam memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel panjang akar terpanjang setek beringin Dollar. |

Inggris) | The potential for the development of banyan Dollars as ornamental plants is very high, but the availability of both quantitative and qualitative seeds is still lacking to support this potential. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of growth regulator concentration on the growth of beringin Dollar cuttings and to know the concentration of optimum growth regulator substance. 2) the effect of various planting media composition on the growth of beringin Dollars cutting and know the composition of planting media is the best. 3) the influence of interaction between growth regulator concentration with the composition of planting media on the growth of the banyan Dollar cuttings and knowing the best combination of treatments. The research was conducted in the screen house in Melung Village, Kedungbanteng, Banyumas, Central Java and Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratories of agriculture faculty Jendral Soedirman University. The study was conducted for 4 months start from August to November 2017. The study was conducted using Completely Randomized Design. Factors in the experiment there are 2 factors, namely the concentration of IBA consisting of four treatment levels, namely: 0 ppm, 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm. The second factor is the composition of planting medium consisting of three kinds of mixed media composition, as follows: soil + manure + charcoal husk (2: 1: 1), soil + manure + charcoal husk (1: 2: 1), soil + manure + charcoal husk (1: 1: 2). The results showed that giving IBA concentration gave a significant effect on fresh root weight variables, and dry root weight of cuttings banyan Dollar, but on planting composition did not give significant effect on all variables growth of banyan Dollars cuttings shoots. The interaction between the concentration of IBA given and the planting composition gave a real effect on root length variable of the Dollar banyan cuttings. |
