| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tahu merupakan salah satu produk makanan berbahan baku kedelai. usaha pembuatan tahu memiliki prospek yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai sektor riil yang mampu menopang dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Kelompok Sari Delai merupakan kelompok perajin tahu yang berada di Desa Kalisari Kecamatan Cilongok, namun keberadaan kelompok ini belum dimanfaatkan oleh para perajin tahu sepenuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui secara finansial usaha pembuatan tahu yang dijalani oleh perajin 2) Menganalisis keuntungan perajin anggota kelompok dan non anggota kelompok 3) Mengetahui pengaruh peran kelompok perajin tahu terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh perajin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember di Desa Kalisari Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas, dengan sasaran perajin tahu kuning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, penentuan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling, dan diperoleh responden perajin anggota kelompok skala I sebanyak 11 perajin dan skala II sebanyak 14 perajin. Responden perajin non anggota kelompok skala I sebanyak 15 perajin dan skala II sebanyak 5 perajin. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis biaya dan keuntungan, R/C Ratio, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata perajin anggota kelompok sebesar Rp1.164.512,51; penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp3.112.609,18; keuntungan rata-rata sebesar Rp1.948.096,67; dan R/C Ratio sebesar 2,67. Biaya total rata-rata perajin non anggota kelompok sebesar Rp1.227.331,63; penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp3.071.167,04; keuntungan rata-rata sebesar Rp1.843.835,41; dan R/C Ratio sebesar 2,50. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keuntungan adalah kedelai, kunyit, dan peran kelompok. Kelompok berperan dalam penyediaan input produksi, penyediaan mesin giling, penyuluhan, dan penyediaan tabungan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tofu is one of the food product made from soybean. Tofu making business has a great prospect to be developed as a real sector capable of supporting and raising welfare for the people in Indonesia. Sari Delai group is a group of tofu craftsmen in the Kalisari Village Cilongok District, but the existence of this group has not been utilized by the craftsmen completely. The purpose of research are to: 1) Find out financially the business of making tofu which is undertaken by the crafters 2) Analyzing the benefits of crafting group members and non members 3) Find out crafting members status of tofu to profit preferences obtained by crafters. The research was conducted on November to December in Kalisari Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency with the target of tofu craftsmen. The research method used to collect the data are survey method, sample determination using Stratified Random Sampling method, and the respondent obtained by the group member scale I as much 11 craftsmen and scale II as much 14 craftsmen. The craftsmen non group members scale I as much 15 craftsmen and scale II as much 5 craftsmen. The analysis used includes cost and profit analysis, descriptif analysis, R/C Ratio, and multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of research indicated that average cost of total craftsmen group member of Rp1.164.512,51; the average acceptance of Rp3.112.609,18; the average profit of Rp1.948.096,67; and R/C ratio of 2,67. The average cost of total craftsmen non group of Rp1.227.331,63; the average acceptence of Rp3.071.167,04; the average profit of Rp1.843.835,41; and R/C ratio of 2,50. The eement to profit influence is soybean, turmeric, and group function. The group have a function in the provisiom of production inputs, provision of milling machines, extension and saving provision. |
