| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Agrowisata Lembah Asri berlokasi di Desa Serang Kecamatan Karangreja, Purbalingga. Agrowisata tersebut perlu dikembangkan dan dikelola dengan baik agar menjadi wisata yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik sosial ekonomi pengunjung Agrowisata Lembah Asri 2) Mengidentifikasi persepsi pengunjung terhadap Agrowisata Lembah Asri. 3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan pengunjung untuk membayar dalam upaya pengembangan Agrowisata Lembah Asri. 4) Menghitung besarnya nilai Willingness To Pay (WTP) pengunjung Agrowisata Lembah Asri. 5) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai WTP pengunjung Agrowisata Lembah Asri. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2018 di Agrowisata Lembah Asri. Sasaran penelitian adalah pengunjung Agrowisata Lembah Asri yang berusia 17-80 tahun dan pengelola agrowisata. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Penentuan sampel menggunakan pendugaan proporsi sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi logistik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas pengunjung berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berusia antara 18-26 tahun, berstatus menikah, tidak memiliki tanggungan, pendidikan formal selama 12 tahun dan sebagai pegawai swasta maupun lainnya dengan pendapatan diantara Rp100.000,00-Rp1.962.500,00 dan berdomisili jauh dari lokasi agrowisata. Mayoritas pengunjung beranggapan mudah mencapai lokasi, fasilitas umum dan fasilitas rekreasi sudah memadai, lokasi wisata aman dan mudah memperoleh informasi serta kondisi lingkungan dan kebersihan lingkungan sudah baik dan bersih. sebanyak 85 responden menyatakan kesediaannya untuk membaya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan dan frekuensi kunjungan. Nilai rata-rata WTP pengunjung Agrowisata Lembah Asri sebesar Rp 4.882,00. Nilai total WTP pengunjung sebesar Rp 1.920.181.000,00 dan faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah usia, pendapatan, dan jumlah tanggungan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Lembah Asri Agrotourism is located in Serang Village, Karangreja Subdistrict, Purbalingga. The agrotourism needs to be developed and managed well in order to become a sustainable tourism. The purpose of this research is to: 1) Identify the socio-economic characteristics of visitors of Lembah Asri Agrotourism 2) Identify the visitor's perception towards Lembah Asri Agrotourism. 3) Analyze the factors that influence the willingness of visitors to pay in the development effort of Lembah Asri Agrotourism. 4) Calculate the value of Willingness To Pay (WTP) visitors of Agri Wisata Lembah Asri. 5) Analyzing the factors that affect the value of WTP visitors Lembah Asri Agrotourism. This research was conducted in January 2018 at Agro Tourism of Asri Valley. The respondent of the research is the visitors of Lembah Asri Agrotourism aged 17-80 years and agrotourism manager. The research method used survey method. Determination of the sample using the proportion of estimates so that obtained as many as 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of visitors of male sex, aged between 18-26 years old, married, non-dependent, formal education for 12 years and as private employee or other employee with income between Rp100.000,00-Rp1.962.500,00 and domiciled away from the location of agrotourism. The majority of visitors think easy to reach the location, public facilities and recreational facilities are adequate, safe and easy to get information location and environmental conditions and cleanliness of the environment is good and clean. As many as 85 respondents expressed willingness to pay and the factors that influence it is the level of education, income and frequency of visits. The average value of WTP visitors of Lembah Asri Agrotourism is Rp 4,882.00. The total value of WTP visitors is Rp 1,920,181,000.00 and the factors that influence are age, income, and number of dependents. |
