| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan Universitas XYZ dibuat untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dan staf Bagian Kemahasiswaan dalam mengelola hal yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan para mahasiswa, contohnya informasi beasiswa. Meskipun sudah berjalan dengan baik, haruslah secara berkala dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi proses, demi menjaga kualitas dan kesesuaian sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan audit pada Sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT versi 4.1. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe audit audit around the computer, dan fokus pada salah satu domain dalam COBIT 4.1, yaitu Monitor and Evaluate yang terdiri dari 4 subdomain/proses, yakni pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja, pengawasan dan evaluasi kontrol internal, pemenuhan terhadap kebutuhan eksternal, dan menyediakan tata kelola TI. Analisa data mengacu pada pada maturity level. Penelitian ini menghasilkan maturity level pada sistem informasi kemahasiswaan di domain Monitor and Evaluate berada di tingkat 1 (Initial or Ad hoc). Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kemahasiswaan mulai memiliki kesadaran akan memperhatikan proses TI akan tetapi belum terorganisir dengan baik.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The student information system of XYZ University is made to facilitate students and student affair staff on managing any student issues, such as scholarship information. Even though it has been going well, but a periodical maintenance and process evaluation are needed to keep the system quality and suitability. In this research, an audit is conducted on student information system which uses COBIT framework version 4.1. This research uses audit around the computer type and focuses on one domain of COBIT 4.1 which is Monitor and Evaluate. It consists of 4 subdomain/processes, they are: performance monitor and evaluation, monitor and internal control evaluation, fulfilment of external needs, and provide IT governance. The data analysis refers to maturity level. This research produces the maturity level of Student information system on Monitor and Evaluate domain at level 1 (Initial/Ad hoc). It indicates that student information system has already aware for looking IT process but has not organized very well. |
