| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Lahan pasir pantai dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menentukan dosis pupuk N yang paling efektif bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah di lahan pasir pantai, (2) menentukan interval pemberian pupuk organik cair yang paling efektif bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah di lahan pasir pantai, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi dosis pupuk N dan interval pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah di lahan pasir pantai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai November 2017 di lahan pasir pantai Jetis, Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Nusawungu, Kabupaten Cilacap dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk Nitrogen (N) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu N1= dosis 100%, N2= dosis 60%, dan N3= dosis 20%. Faktor kedua yaitu interval pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu I1= 4 hari sekali, I2= 9 hari sekali, dan I3= 14 hari sekali. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman dilanjutkan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, perlakuan yang paling efektif meningkatkan perumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah di lahan pasir pantai yaitu dosis pupuk N 60% dengan potensi hasil sebesar 9,79 t/ha, interval POC 4 hari sekali dengan potensi hasil sebesar 9,71 t/ha, dan kombinasi interval POC 4 hari sekali dengan dosis pupuk N 60% dengan potensi hasil sebesar 12,63 t/Ha. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Coastal sand can be used as an alternative to increase shallot production. This research aims to: (1) determine the dose of N fertilizer which is most effective for the growth and yield of shallot crops in coastal sand, (2) to determine the interval of liquid organic fertilizer which is most effective for the growth and yield of shallot crops in coastal sand and (3) to know the interaction dose of N fertilizer and the interval of organic liquid fertilizer on the growth and yield of shallot crops in coastal sand. The study was conducted from September to November 2017 at Jetis coastal sandy land, Banjarsari village, Nusawungu sub-district, Cilacap regency and Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The research design used is Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor is the dose of nitrogen fertilizer (N) consisting of 3 levels, ie N1 = 100% dose, N2 = 60% dose, and N3 = 20% dose. The second factor is the interval of giving liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 3 levels, ie I1 = interval 4 days, I2 = interval 9 days, and I3 = interval 14 days. The variables observed were plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf area, leaf greenness, root length, root number, bulbs number, bulbs diameter, fresh and dry plant weight, fresh and dry root weight, fresh and dry leaf weight, fresh and dried bulbs weight, and fresh bulbs yield. The data obtained were analyzed using F test, if there is diversity followed test by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) of 5% level. The results showed the most effective treatment to increase the growth and yield of shallot crop on coastal sand land that is the dosage of N 60% fertilizer with yield potential of 9,79 t / ha, POC interval once every 4 days with potential yield of 9,71 t / ha , and a combination of 4-day POC interval and 60% N fertilizer dose with a yield potential of 12,63 t / ha. |
