| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok dalam menumbuhkan minat peternak terhadap teknologi pembuatan kompos, serta menganalisis hubungan peran kelompok dengan minat peternak terhadap teknologi pembuatan kompos pada peternak kambing di Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Penetapan sampel wilayah dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu memilih desa dengan populasi ternak kambing terbesar yaitu Desa Melung. Pengambilan sampel kelompok dilakukan dengan metode sensus yaitu kelompok peternak Desa Melung (Pager Gunung), diambil sebanyak 35 orang peternak kambing. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara minat peternak terhadap teknologi kompos dengan peran kelompok sebagai kelas belajar (0,490), serta minat peternak terhadap teknologi kompos dengan peran kelompok sebagai unit produksi (0,369), dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara minat peternak terhadap teknologi kompos dengan peran kelompok sebagai wahana kerjasama (0,586). |

Inggris) | The study aims to determine the role of farmers Interest on compost technology in Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng and analyze the correlation between the role of farmers groups with the interest of farmers to compost technology Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. The method was used a survey method. Determination of the sample area was done using purposive sampling in the village with the largest goat population in Melung village. Sampling with census method to the goat breeders groups in Melung village. Total respondents was 35 people. The analysis used was Descriptive Analyst and Rank Spearman Correlation. The result of this study indicated that there was a strong enough correlation between the farmers interest to compost technology with the role of groups as a study class ( 0,490 ), as well as the correlation between the farmers interest to compost technology with the role of groups as a production units ( 0,369 ), and there was a strong correlation between interest of farmers to compost technology with the role of groups as a cooperation ( 0,586 ). |
