| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Pemberian Konsentrat Protein Bungkil Biji Jarak Fermentasi terhadap Kecernaan Bahan Kering dan Bahan Organik Ayam Pedaging” dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 Oktober – 18 Desember 2017 di Green House Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan konsentrat protein bungkil biji jarak fermentasi dalam pakan terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik pada ayam pedaging. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan ulangan sebanyak 5 kali. Materi yang digunakan adalah DOC ayam pedaging umur 28 hari sebanyak 40 ekor. Koleksi total dilakukan dalam satu minggu terakhir dengan koleksi feses selama 5 hari dan koleksi pakan, dilanjutkan analisis bahan kering dan bahan organik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode experimental secara in vivo. Rataan persentase kecernaan bahan kering hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2 dan R3, berturut-turut adalah 43,48%, 42,36%, 41,61% dan 73,76%. Rataan persentase kecernaan bahan organik hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2 dan R3, berturut-turut adalah 71,20%, 68,59%, 72,69% dan 94,05%. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggantian bungkil kedelai dengan bungkil biji jarak fermentasi dalam pakan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kecernaan bahan kering (KcBK) dan bahan organik (KcBO) ayam pedaging. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pemberian konsentrat protein bungkil biji jarak fermentasi dalam pakan berpengaruh terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik, kecernaan bahan kering terbaik pada level pemberian KP-BBJ 18%, kecernaan bahan organic terbaik pada level pemberian 12%. Inggris) | This research entitled “The Effect of Feeding Fermented Concentrate Protein Jatropha Seeds Cake on Dry Matter Digestibility and Organic Matter Digestibility of Broilers” was held from 18th, of October until December 18th 2017 at for Green House, Feedstuff Laboratory of Animal Science Faculty, Jenderal Soediman University, Purwokerto. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the use of protein concentrate of fermented jatropha seed cake (CP-JSC) in feeds on the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter in broilers. The research design used was completely randomized design with 4 treatments, each of treatment was repeated five times. The material that used in this research were 60 DOC of broiler chicken were kept until 28th days. The total collection was done in the last week with a collection of five-day feces and feed collection, then the feces were analyzed by dry matter and organic matter. This research was conducted by experimental in vivo method. The average of dry matter digestibility percentage R0, R1, R2 and R3 were %, 42,36%, 41,61% and 73,76%. The average of organic matter digestibility percentage R0, R1, R2 and R3 were 1%; 71,20%, 68,59%, 72,69% and 94,05%. The results showed that the treatments were significantly different (P<0,05) to the Dry Matter Digestibility and Organic Matter of Broilers. The conclucion of this research is that the feeding fermented protein concentrate jatropha seed cake have effect to dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility, the best dry matter digestibility at the level of KP-BBJ 18% and the best organic matter digestibility at the level 12%. |
