| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Konsumsi selada sangat tinggi, sementara produksi selada masih rendah. Usaha untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pemakaian kombinasi media tanam yang tepat dan pemberian pupuk yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh kombinasi jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman selada dan kimia tanah, 2) pengaruh pemberian POC terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman selada dan kimia tanah, 3) pengaruh interaksi kedua faktor terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman seladadan kimia tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house di Desa Windujaya, Kedung Banteng, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah dan analisis sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Analisis Tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dari Agustus 2017 sampai dengan Oktober 2017. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu kombinasi campuran media tanam meliputi bahan organik, zeolit dan arang sekam dengan 11 taraf kombinasi (M). yaitu (M1) dengan proporsi 1:1:1, (M2) 2:1:1, (M3) 3:1:1, (M4) 1:2:1, (M5) 2:2:1, (M6) 3:2:1, (M7) 1:1:2, (M8) 2:1:2, (M9) 3:1:2, (M10) 1:2:2, (M11) 3:2:2. Faktor kedua adalah adalah jenis mikroba dalam POC yang diinokulasikan ke media tanam (P) yang terdiri atas 3 jenis perlakuan, yaitu (P0) kontrol, (P1) PGPR akar bambu, (P2) Trichoderma sp. Data dianalisis dengan uji F dan jika berbeda nyata diuji lanjut dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kombinasi media tanam memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dan sangat nyata terhadap variabel pertumbuhan selada dan kimia tanah. Beberapa perlakuan jenis POC memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dan sangat nyata terhadap variabel pertumbuhan selada dan kimia tanah. Terdapat interaksi antara media tanam dan jenis POC yang memberikan pengaruh yang nyata dan sangat nyata terhadap variabel pertumbuhan selada dan kimia tanah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Consumption of lettuce is very high, while lettuce production is still low. This is due to several factors, for the example the type of planting medium that not compatible with the growth requirements of lettuce. In the other hand, the unwise application of fertilizer can make soil less fertile for lettuce growth. Those problems can be solved by combine the proper planting medium type and proper application of soil fertilizer. This research was aimed to knowing, 1) the influence of the type of planting medium to lettuce growth, nutrients content and absorption of phosphor and potassium, 2) the influence of liquid organic fertilizer treatment to lettuce growth, nutrients content and absorption of phosphor and potassium, 3) the influence of both factors interaction to lettuce growth, nutrients content and absorption of phosphor and potassium. The research conducted on screen house in Windujaya village, Kedung Banteng, Banyumas Regency, Middle Java and sample analysis conducted at soil analysis laboratory. The research conducted for 3 months start from August 2017 until October 2017. This research used randomized group design with 2 factors and 3 repetitions. the first factor is combination of several planting medium that consist organic matter, zeolite and charcoal husk with 11 level of combination (M) that consist (M1) with proportion, organic matter 1: zeolite 1: arang sekam 1, (M2) 2:1:1, (M3) 3:1:1, (M4) 1:2:1, (M5) 2:2:1, (M6) 3:2:1, (M7) 1:1:2, (M8) 2:1:2, (M9) 3:1:2, (M10) 1:2:2, (M11) 3:2:2. the second factor is the type of microbe in liquid organic fertilizer which inoculated to planting medium (P) that consist 3 types of treatment, (P0) control, (P1) PGPR bamboo roots, (P2) Trichoderma sp. Data were analyzed with F test and further test with DMRT test with 5% level of error if give significant impact. The result of the research showed that several combination of planting medium give significant and very significant impact to lettuce growth variable and soil chemistry. Several treatment of the type of liquid organic fertilizer give significant and very significant impact to lettuce growth variable and soil chemistry. interaction between planting medium and the type liquid organic fertilizer give significant and very significant impact to lettuce growth variable and soil chemistry. |
