| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Hak-Hak Pekerja Pada PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto Menurut UU No. 13 Tahun 2003”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk pelaksanaan hak-hak pekerja pada PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto serta untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan hak-hak pekerja pada PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan Yuridis Normatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi legis positivis Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan menelaah semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang bersangkut paut dengan permasalahan Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Bentuk pelaksanaan terhadap hak-hak pekerja tidak di berikan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan, hanya beberapa hak-hak yang di berikan dan itu belum optimal seperti hak gaji/upah, cuti/waktu istirahat, waktu kerja dan perlindungan jaminan sosial tenaga kerja. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan hak-hak pekerja meliputi hambatan eksteren dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja, kurangnya pengawasan dalam melaksanakan perlindungan hukum, kurangnya intensitas sosialisasi perlindungan hukum preventif dan kurang tegasnya pemberian sanksi pada perusahaan yang melanggar peraturan dan Hambatan interen dari pihak perusahaan yang tidak mentaati peraturan mengenai pelaksanaan hak-hak pekerja, Perusahaan lebih tertutup dan sulit untuk memberikan informasi tentang kondisi yang terjadi di perusahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled "Implementation of Workers' Rights at PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto According to Law no. 13 of 2003 ". The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the rights of workers at PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto and to know the barriers in the implementation of the rights of workers at PT. Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Purwokerto. The method used in this research is the method of Juridical Normative approach, that is approach which uses positivist legis concept This approach is done by reviewing all laws related to the problem The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The form of implementation of the rights of workers is not given in accordance with the laws and regulations, only a few rights are given and it is not optimal such as salary / wages, leave / and social security insurance. Obstacles in the implementation of workers' rights include exter- nal obstacles from the Manpower Office, lack of supervision in implementing legal protection, lack of intensity of socialization of preventive law protection and lack of strict sanctions on corporations that violate regulations and internal barriers from corporations that do not comply with regulations on implementation rights of workers, the Company is more closed and difficult to provide information about the conditions occurring in the company. |
