| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadilan agama banyumas, Dijaman yang modern ini kemampuan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam pekerjaan sangatlah diperhitungkan, ketika sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil tidak memiliki kinerja yang baik akan sangat berdampak kepada pelayanan yang ada di organisasinya atau instansi pemerintah, Kinerja sendiri merupakan sebuah prestasi kerja yang diukur secara kualitas dan kuantitas dari hasil kerja para karyawan atau pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadilan agama banyumas, begitupun dengan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pengadilan agama banyumas.itu di karenakan ada faktor yang membuat variabel profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan jika di lihat pengaruhnya satu persatu tidak ada pengaruhnya. Tetapi jika kedua variabel antara profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan di satukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di pengadilan agama banyumas, maka pengaruhnya akan terlihat secara signifikan . Namun Pengadilan Agama Banyumas harus bisa meningkatkan lagi kinerja para pegawainya. Dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusa, memperhatikan kinerja pegawai, memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai, pengawasan kerja yang di tingkatkan. Dan memperbaiki komunikasi dan hubungan antara pemimpin dan pegawai atau pejabat bawah dengan baik. |
